The view is stunning. We loved the professionalism of Bikash khatri at the restaurant. He is a real gem with his attention to details and warm welcome every single time. So young and still stands out of all the rest. We loved the masala tea Binita did for us everyday with her smile that enlightened our mornings at the restaurant.
The resort is very far from all the facilities, we have only two shuttles only in the morning from the hotel. We requested for Mosquito repellents coils from the reception, after several calls no one brought it. Reception services are inadequate and unresponsive. Really need to work on that part. Wish the hotel had more persons like Bikash from the restaurant. Bikash would have been an excellent Reception Manager with his attention to details and excellent communication skills.

The views here were phenomenal and the main highlight for the stay. The location is remote and up a hill, so the point is to really stay in and enjoy the views from the resort. The room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony that faced the mountain range. The food came in large portions, and we had a pleasant stay. We didn't get to try the spa or pool as we were just there for one night, but am sure it would have been great. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport and Lakeside.
There appears to be some expansion going on, so the resort has a lot of unfinished blocks still - BUT there was no issue with noise or reno work, and there wasn't any inconvenience caused, just an observation. We also saw that they had yoga and meditation offerings, but weren't quite briefed about how to arrange this. Since we were there for just one night we didn't enquire further, but might be good for the front reception staff to expand upon this to guests when we check in :)

Beautiful View but a Few Letdowns
I recently stayed at Rupakot Resort, Pokhara, and I must say the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — one of the best you’ll find in Pokhara. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty make it a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
However, I was a bit disappointed that the free airport transfer mentioned in the advertisement was not provided, which was inconvenient, especially for a resort of this level. Also, the food was quite expensive, considering the portion size and options available.
