Livable but spare your yourself the unnecessary pain and discomfort

Nothing.

The location was horrible. Very difficult to find at night with no clear signs of the house. The mud car park is at least 100m away from the property, you need to walk through a dirt road with your suitcases. The host did not speak any English or had any instructions or material for international tourists who do not speak Spanish. They also ignored and blanked us every time we greeted them good morning/Hola. Absolutely no response or acknowledgement of our existence. We felt racially discriminated against. The facilities were basic, the stove does not work, pans were sticky and dirty. It was the summer in a desert. We were given only one small table fan. We stayed for three nights and they only gave us two small towels. There were no spare towel anywhere. For the price, it is really really disappointing You also share communal spaces with the other properties, so there was music being played loudly at night by other guests. Which was ideal after 40 hours of travelling. The single beds are also lumpy and uncomfortable. The bedroom windows are not fully covered by curtains so the natural light will wake you up. The rooster that lives near by will also wake you up before 7. There are cracks in the windows/ roof glass.

Quiet, spacious, and peaceful accommodation, ideal for relaxation. The pleasant garden is especially charming, and the beautiful sunflowers add a lot to the overall atmosphere. It was a real pleasure to have so many lovely cats and dogs around. The place is clean and bright, and the water filter is a particularly thoughtful and useful touch.

The water took a long time to heat up, which meant using a lot of water — an especially uncomfortable feeling in a desert environment. The Teflon cookware was heavily scratched. Parking was not ideal, and the area was very dusty.

So happy we stayed here

We loved our stay! The host met us at check-in, although we had a language barrier she was very friendly and very helpful showing us around the villa. Had everything we needed, felt very relaxed staying here. Was located about 10-15min walk from the town centre.

Quiet, well equipped cabana

There was plenty of comfortable bed space with two rooms upper and lower and two bathrooms. Generally it was quite peaceful being somewhat out of town with the walk into town taking about 15 mins. Despite being hot outside the cabana stayed cool inside. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and cutlery etc, with a big fridge freezer and counter space. The main room had a huge dining table with plenty of chairs.

Apart from the bathrooms there are no internal doors. So, when making breakfast anyone still asleep would be woken up. The outside space was a couple of metres from the neighbouring cabana with no fence between. The entrance path, in front of our property was shared between both cabanas and a local family to get to their property. This meant sitting outside didn't feel that private. As there was no sofa in the main living room, the only place to relax were the loungers outside but, that felt too public. Also, be aware you'll have to pay cash (USD) which isn't made very clear by booking.com (it's in the small print).

O acesso a residência é terrível. Ou muito pó ou muito barro. No último dia, devido a um alagamento na entrada tivemos que fazer um malabarismo para sair sem enfiar o pé no barro.
