I adored this place! It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but easy to access public transport. I loved the vintage decor. It is very clean. I had the attic room, which let in so much light I didn't use the overhead lights at all before sunset. There was also a fan, which was nice and not common. There are 2 shower rooms with toilets and one with a toilet and sink - I didn't find there was any wait to use facilities at any time. The free coffee, tea and simple breakfast was a very nice touch - the fact that milk was provided as well is unheard of and as someone who likes their coffee with milk, super appreciated. The check in and check out process was seamless. I really wish I had been able to stay longer so I could've enjoyed the garden! (the weather got nice the day I was leaving). I would 100% stay here again if I return to Warsaw!

location is good, near the park (3 mins) and also near airport (20 min by bus), bathroom and room are clean

I stayed there for 1 night and it was perfect - not far from the buses to go to the train station, room clean
the bathhad rust and I thought that it should have been cleaned but for that price I can't complain
