Wyposażenie na dobrym poziomie, zadbane, czysto chociaż o dziwo były pajęczyny (ale widać, że ogólnie jest sprzątane i zadbane). Jedna łazienka na 3 pokoje to dobry proporcja.
O dziwo nie miałem problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego bezpośrednio pod obiektem, ale może to szczęście ;)
Byliśmy ulokowani w piwnicy, chyba najnowsze pokoje, niestety czuć, że jest tam wilgoć i brak wentylacji. Na razie OK, ale za rok albo dwa będzie widać wyraźnie efekty tego.
Przysznic ma uszkodzony odpływ i wypływa spod niego woda, panie sprzątające to widziały a naprawiane nie jest. A to żadna nowość bo futryna już zdążyła się odkształcić od wody.

Зручне самостійне заселення, чисто в номері та спільних санвузлі і кухні, є рушники, фен, мікрохвильовка, зрозумілі інструкції.
Звукова ізоляція нульова(( чутно всі звуки з сусіднього номера та коридору. Дуже заважає вночі світло з коридору, яке вмикається, коли хтось проходить. Двері з напівпрозорими вставками. Вночі це дуже заважає.
