Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Fajny, dość spory pokój z balkonem
Czystość daje do życzenia szczególnie w łazience.
Minus za drzwi od pokoju które się z trudem zamykały robiąc spory hałas.

I like how it's close to a tram station and the m1 station, so traveling to center, the old town, lazienki park, and other tourist destinations becomes really easy. Also, the beds had clean sheets.
I booked a room for 3 persons and got a room with 2 single beds and a dirty sofa that could definitely use some cleaning. Not to mention that the room itself was very dusty at the time of our stay. It seems to me like they just change the sheets and not clean the actual room. I literally had to mop the floor myself to make our stay a little more comfortable. Customer service also seemed unenthusiastic to answer questions. I understand that polish people have their own dynamics, but try to be more considerate towards tourists.
