The place is relatively quiet, clean, and has a kitchen to use.
The beds are not very comfortable, and the room lacked a desk.

The staff was very friendly. When I asked something, they did their best to answer my queries. The sheets also smelled fresh.
There were some stains on the carpet and dust deposits on surfaces. Definitely could use more cleaning. Also, the location of the hotel is far away from the city center, so you won't really find anything significant in the area.
