the facilities in the room and around the property were lovely and high standard.
our beds were clean and comfortable- kitchen was spacious. garden and other common areas were alco clean and welcoming.
I don't think the rate I paid for a triple room was reasonable; it felt overpriced for what was essentially a room. Additionally, the commute to the city took about 50 minutes by bus and train. This accommodation is probably better suited for someone just passing through from the airport rather than for a visitor looking to explore Warsaw City.

The lady who took care of us. Amazing cook and so friendly .
The house was spacious.
The bed, very uncomfortable. Time to upgrade the bed.

Awfully bad smell of plumbing, lot of dust-probably just regular cleaning and no washing of the curtains/dusting.
Lot of furnishings in bad shape, hangers “hanging” etc.
