It was quite easy to locate and instructions were straightforward. There were also enough heaters to keep it warm for the kids.
The double bed was not comfortable and the family room had cigarette smell. WiFi was not great.

Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc, bed clothes supplied. Soap and shower gel/shampoo supplied.
The mattresses on the beds were well past their use by date. No one had a comfortable sleep. Also, the cushions on the seats could have been much more comfortable. The casing/framing for the bedsettee was broken. , frustratingly, the fridge wasn't very cold and itbtool three days to make ice cubes.
