The space This is a 3.5 Bedroom & 3 Full Bathroom single story house of about 1500 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard and large screened porch at the back. No pool. The chefs kitchen is all new, very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range with double oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances can usually be met. There are 2 main King bedroom suites: Each with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom (vanity, toilet and shower) and 50" smart tv's, both with good size closet spaces. One of the main suites has an additional bonus area with small kitchenette which is perfect for parents with babies or toddlers that need to sleep nearby. The remaining bedroom features a queen sized bed, and flat screen smart tv and closet. A second bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is located in the hallway. 3 Full Bathrooms There is a Bonus room with small kitchenette attached to one of the King bedroom suites. This is the perfect area for an office or nursery setup. There is always a desk and office chair in this area. You will also find all the baby & toddler items here, such as a pack ‘n play/crib, stroller, high chair, toys etc. The chefs kitchen, living room and dining area are all open plan. The dining area seats 6. The living room has a 65" flat screen smart tv and comfortable leather couch set. Comcast full cable package and Wi-Fi is included. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Full sized ironing board, iron and laundry supplies which should be enough for a week. Plenty of towels and extra linens will be available in the hallway and laundry closets. Supplies stocked are usually enough for a week stay: All purpose cleaner, dish washing detergent, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, napkins etc. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels can be found in the laundry room. Mattresses are new and very comfortable as well as well protected with mattress encasement, pads and waterproof mattress protectors. The private back yard has plenty of lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The screed in patio has a seating and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week. Walking your dog is fantastic in this neighborhood; the sidewalks are wide and shaded beautifully by mature trees, there are a number of dog friendly restaurants and a dog park nearby.
