Located in Lighthouse Point, this attractive house for $257 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. OUTDOOR SPACE: - Large, private swimming pool surrounded with loungers. -The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor covered dining area. (Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge) LIVING AREA: - Formal dining room seats up to 8 -Oversized couch with a large smart TV. KITCHEN: Gorgeous and fully stocked, this chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (4) The Lighthouse sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's. - Pac and Plays and High Chairs on site - Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee. BATHROOMS: (3) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. GUEST ACCESS: - Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges. - The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: - All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. - Starter dishwasher pods are provided - Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. LOGISTICS: - Check-in: 4:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: - Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning. - Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Thursdays in the morning. POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Lighthouse Point removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. Please inquire directly for discounts on long term stays. Property was great. Pool and landscape very nice. Lots of outdoor seating. Nice covered area for dining outside. Location is convenient to Pompano (11 min) and Deerfield (7mins) beaches. Grocery Walmart and Target close by with many restaurants. If you have dogs the area is fully inclosed. The cons are price (host) and extras such as heating. At least they do put it on booking. Thanks to the gentleman who came out Christmas day to fix the pool heater.

Overall we had a great stay for our family that was in town for a wedding. We had 10 adults stay in the house and comfortably fit in the beds as advertised. The house had a well stocked kitchen (dishes, cups, wine glasses, etc.) and great hang out space. We used the pool table a lot, the house has a sound system to connect to via Bluetooth and the pool was comfortably warm without adding heating. The pre-arrival communication with the property management was a little slow and had me nervous but once we received the check-in information everything went well. At one point, we ran out of towels and they responded quickly and immediately dropped off more. The only thing I'll say is that the bathrooms were not well stocked. We did have to buy extra toilet paper and provide our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home. First time we rented a home where the only kitchen staples on hand were salt and pepper. We had to buy ketchup, mustard , olive oil and other staples for our 2 week stay. Didn’t use them all. Felt kind of wasteful. Nothing about the home but we felt we had to drive pretty far to reach quality restaurants. No pool toys for the toddler we had with us or for the adults- but we snagged 2 noodles which were about to be garbage before they hit the street. Had some difficulty lighting the bbq, almost gave up. Tv functionality was excellent. Marble floors throughout - including bedrooms, dining room and bathroom - almost mandates the use of slippers.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We have been coming on a yearly trip to Florida for at least 5 years and this property by far has been the nicest. Everything was spacious and clean! We were super happy! The property is also child friendly although we didn’t end up having any children with us this time.

This rental was very much as advertised. 3 of us stayed at this property for a golf trip. Very nice! Property was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor area was very nice as well. Pool was very refreshing after a day on the course. Two minor suggestions: 1. The temperature on the water in the house could stand to be hotter. 2. Was not able to locate an iron and ironing board if one existed. (tried to call but never received a call back on this). The one major concern is the step up from the entertainment area to the dining area. Because you have the same white marble flooring throughout and the step up is approximately a inch and a half, it makes it hard to see and therefore a dangerous trip hazard. Two of us tripped multiple times during our stay and was very lucky not to have broken a toe (did split my nail pretty bad though) or taken a fall. Be careful. With that being said, I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This was the perfect location for a family of 7. The property was clean with nicely landscaped grounds and large pool. It is on a corner lot on a quiet street and only ~10 short minutes to Deerfield Beach, 5 minutes to Whole Foods, and conveniently located equidistant to West Palm Beach and Miami. We would gladly have given it 5 stars if it weren't for a few inconveniences. For example, one of the master beds creaks with the slightest movement, which kept at least one family member awake. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would most certainly return again.

The house was gorgeous, exactly as pictured on VRBO. A very quiet neighborhood centrally located. Beautiful, private, large pool and covered deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Large rooms, very comfortable space. The property had an xbox game console that I believe is on its last legs, and one of the main bathrooms had a leak and clogged that prevent its use. We did contact the owner multiple times about the issue but received no response and no one came to fix it during our one week stay. Fortunately, there were other functioning bathrooms that we could use. That was the only negative thing that happened and all in all, it didn't really impact our stay or diminish our enjoyment of the property.

We loved this property and the pool. Only issue we had was the marble floors getting slippery when kids came in from the pool, but we just moved the door mats around. We would definitely stay again!

I WAS NOT HAPPY TO PAY $1,000 FOR TWO SERVICE FEES, ONE FOR VRVO AND OTHER FOR VALGAL SECOND MANAGING COMPANY. I have stayed many times in lighthouse point neighborhood for many years, where VRBO charges only one service fee . This house is exclusively set to make money, even though clean, comfortable and roomy, even furnishing have no character and is not even in front of canal. there are many other options worth more for your money.

Loved the house and pool. Disappointed that there were no amenities No propane. No bath soap. Very few towels. No Kleenex Especially liked the Coffee maker, but not one pod for our first breakfast. But…… Yes. Would rent again. Sara
