Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM - Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We use noise monitoring equipment, a privacy compliant device that measures volume levels in the dining area and the back yard to report excessive nuisance noise. Amazing property, with all the amenities and more. Beach chairs, coolers, grill, towels, etc. very very clean, heated pool was amazing. Property manager was receptive and always available. Meet family for Christmas and had such a lovely time- the area is great as well. We will absolutely come back!

From the moment of booking Emanuele was super attentive and answered any questions I may have had. He made sure when I got there that everything was okay and I had everything I needed. He was very quick with replying to messages and I appreciated that very much. The house was perfect ! Very spacious and super clean. The pool was spectacular. Thank you Emanuele ! My best friends and I stayed at this house with our kids ranging from 3-14. The house was exactly as pictured! It was updated and the backyard pool area was perfect. Cute and quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach!

Amazing location, close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Great host willing to help in any needs. We were in 9 people including adults, kid and teenagers we all had a blast. This house is full equipped with everything you need for staying comfortably, to cook and to go to the beach, chairs, coolers and more. The backyard is awesome we had a couple of bbq here.

We were very pleased with our stay here! It was clean and just as described. The owner really thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool floats, etc. The backyard and pool were amazing. Cute neighborhood to take walks in and so many stores and restaurants close by. Also very quick responses from the owner. I would highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Four couples selected this house for a long weekend to see our kids play college sports. The house smelled so clean upon entry! It continued to be a phenomenal pick with the location, furnishing/decor and the amazing outdoors to enjoy. We would definitely pick this house and the location again! A huge thank you to the property manager for fantastic communications leading up to the stay all the way through the end!

This house is located in a well-kept neighbourhood near many grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean and had modern amenities. The host was very accommodating with early check-in and provided us with necessities for travelling with 3 kids such as high chairs and pack & plays. They also installed a removable child gate around the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed and even had plates, cutlery, and cups for the kids. Would highly recommend this household.

This house was perfect! We were a group of 7 adults attending my brothers wedding. The Neighborhood is quiet and charming and so conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The beach was a short 10 minute ride and the house was stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella…the hosts thought of everything! The 4 bedrooms are so spacious, the layout of the living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect. The backyard is private, so comfortable, super clean and the pool is fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property…we will be back for sure!
