Well i needed a connecting room and i caked before i reserved the room online. The lady told me to do a king room and a double queen room because those are the ones that connect, marina view. I did that and still didn't get the connecting room. Although they finally were able to get us close. I took a picture and video of the double queen room because there were a bunch of doritos on the floor under the bed. I went to the check in and shows the receptionist and she said" I'm sorry, housekeeping will be there in the morning to clean that, i said well i will be leaving in the morning. She said oh I'm sorry... nothing was done.. there were also no cookies. I was told doubletree had run out of cookies for at least another 2 weeks. So that was disappointing.

Usually when i go here its very clean. This time when we got in the room it looked as if it hadnt been vacuumed, there was small pieves of food on the floor. The fridge had what looked like dried spilled popsicles and in the shower there was hair. Im disappointed as this was one of our favorite hotels that weve been going to since our daughter was a baby. Unsure if we will return unfortunately.

When I checked in the pool area was under going a deep clean so I couldn't enjoy the pool. Later on the pool area was open but there was a children's party going on so again it wasn't an enjoyable time. Upon entering my room I noticed there wasn't a luggage bench and a end table were missing as well. I have stayed here many times but this stay was not the best.

When I booked the room it stated breakfast was included. It was not also we needed to park in the parking garage and had to pay for a parking pass

Breakfast was expensive for only being mediocre. Hot Food wasn’t hot. Worst Wi-Fi connection I’ve ever encountered at any hotel anywhere They brought clean towels but didn’t make up the room or take the dirty towels

Had a bad experience at another property in the area and had to switch hotels late at night. Service at reception and check-in was exceptional and really helpful to get us settled for the night.

I loved the harbour view but I think paying over 200 dollars for a room for one night should have included free breakfast!.. The rooms were clean and semi spacious.The hotel was inviting when you first walked in and the staff seemed happy.

Great view of the Harbor! Had to wait over 2 hours after check in time to get a room. Room wasn’t cleaned the best and bathroom was extremely small.

We had issues with the booking reservation that I messed up through Expedia. The manager and staff at the hotel helped resolve our issue for us! I would stay again based on the hotel, helpful staff and nice location to the marina.

The Hotel is a great place to stay with comfortable lake view rooms and a great restaurant on site. However my room had a clogged sink and safe that did not open. It did get repaired my backed up again soon. My main complaint is that the staff is not responsive to requests for room freshening and had to make multiple requests for towels etc. They never got it right even though I contacted cleaning staff and front desk as well. I have stayed here many times and will try again, but hope that service improves.

Great location on the lake. Mia checked us in and was awesome, couldn’t be friendlier. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice. The hotel does have a mustiness about it and the carpeting needs a good cleaning.

Great location, nice staff. Property needs some improvement. The bed comforter is for winter, too thick and warm for summer. Even we set room temperature very low, still feel uncomfortable for sleeping.

Blood spots on the shower curtain, small spots not like someone was shot in there. Dust thick by the coffee pot I could have wrote my name (that was the only super dusty space). Paid for breakfast, oatmeal was a pot of water with a few oat flakes floating around. No syrup, not their fault, you can’t get anything thanks to “supply shortages “. Location was great! Pool and pool area was nice and clean. A few complaints, but I would stay again!

This was a terrible room for the price it costs. The bathroom was so small you can’t open the door without standing on the toilet to let the door open all the way. They crammed the toilet and shower into the smallest room possible and it has no tub. The shower design was idiotic because the sliding door is on the shower head side, so every time you take a shower the floor gets wet and you have to walk straight into the water stream. There is also no fan for the bathroom. The tv is super old, the remote had no guide button so finding anything on tv after a long day took determination. Furthermore, the breakfast costs $14/person and it’s just the continental breakfast that most hotels give complementary. It also costs to park. This is an old hotel they will nickel and dime you for anything they can and it needs a major update. Usually when I’m paying $150 /night I expect a somewhat nice hotel and this was hardly nice.
