I arrived late (around 9pm) for a one night stay during a business trip. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and professional. There were no luggage carts available which was the only negative issue. The room was immaculate and I loved that there was no carpet as I’m a germaphobe! The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, so much so that I was a few minutes late for my event because I didn't want to get out of the comfortable bed. I even took a photo of the mattress tag so I could order one for my home! Exceptional experience!

Not happy at all. My tiny bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. The bottles were completely empty. The hallways floors were in serious need of vacuuming. And the air conditioner could not possibly have been any louder.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I wasn’t informed when making the reservation. The check in area was a little podium in a construction area and the restaurant and bar were completely inaccessible. Very disappointing!

The Expedia reservation I submitted NEVER came through. I did it twice and when I arrived at the hotel No reservation was shown. very disturbing.

The hotel was booked for a king size bed, however we were given two full size beds, and told the computer generated it because we used a third party website. We traveled with friends and asked if we could all be within close proximity on the same floor. That did not happen, we were all on separate floors. When we asked why, again because it was computer generated. We were under the impression there was a free continental breakfast, but that was not the case. There was also an issue with our room door not locking properly. We did make the front desk aware, and we were offered a new room.

I’ve stayed in mini Marriott and this was my far the most comfortable room I’ve had. The bed along with the pillows made my night sleep on the phone.

The hotel room was comfortable. The only real negative was the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I was disappointed there wasn't room service, but I went down to the restaurant, and the food was good. They need to update their phones as they still had a button for room service.

The clerk was extremely courteous and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued as a guest right from the beginning. Moreover, the clerk went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. They took note of my room preferences and made sure to assign me a room that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The Mobile Hotel Marriott itself was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The hot water in our room did not work. We moved to a dufferent room. The air conditioner isnt working here. There are no ice machines. You have to pay for ice at the bar in the lobby even if you bring your own cup. Not happy at all

At check in, the gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to find me a suitable room that I was comfortable in. I wish I knew his name but that really meant so much to me! Wonderful place to stay, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

When we arrived there were several people waiting in line to check in and it became clear very quick that they were all upset because the room they had reserved (two double beds) was not available. Like the others we had to accept a room we did not reserve. The room was moderately clean except for things like a sink that barely drained and a booger on the wall near the lamp. There were no working ice machines on floors 4 - 9. There was so much noise up until about 11:30 and starting at about 8:30/9ish. In the morning we were greeted with the wafting smell of pot in the hallway as we left - our 8 year old was asking about the smell.

There was black mold everywhere…bathroom, ceiling in sleeping area, patio furniture. Absolutely disgusting and no doubt unsafe! Drag racing with loud cars next to the hotel all night. Prostitutes and sketchy/scary people all over the parking lot. I have never in my life been more uncomfortable with a hotel stay. On top of worrying about my car getting broken into all night.

This was my third visit. Everything has gone down quickly since my last visit 3 months ago. Construction on the 20th floor made it too noisy all day and early morning. The selection at the bar was poor, Several food and drink items were out of stock, like Coke and tortillas. I was extremely disappointed and won’t return.

The room was not clean. There was an empty Pepsi bottle under the bed and about 10 jelly beans under the bed. Clearly was not cleaned after the last guest and i got there at 11pm and was too tired to handle it the night of.

The property was nice. The staff tidied up our room without having to ask. The only dislike was there is an odor when you walk through the door and carries to the room. It smells like an unclean mop. The sink made a loud gulping noise because the water drained slowly. The air was cool, but the room felt humid at times. Not a bad stay, would recommend staff look into these concerns. I would stay again though.

They charged our account twice and we had already paid for our room online. Still trying to get in touch with someone in accounting to reimburse my son's account. So aggravated. We cannot afford to pay twice!!!
