It was a little shabby looking on the outside, but inside was fine. fridge, microwave, showers, TV all worked well.

I’ve stayed at the Rohnert Park best Western Wine growers in on three occasions. Most recently I stayed for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice breakfast served in the morning until 10 AM which I appreciated. The gal at the desk told me if I joined the club. I would earn one free night because I stayed for two. She said I would receive this voucher in an email. I have not received the voucher yet. Can you help me with this please?

I will continue to choose this location. My only issue with my stay this time was the heater in the room was broken. I did not report it at the time because it was late when I checked in and had already settled before I realized it was broken.

Breakfast was okay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and have fridge and microwave. Close to casino Petaluma. Smaller, quiet, and you can park in front of your room. Off 101.

The room was clean and breakfast was good and managed well by staff on site. Most of rooms seams to be in use by single working men. Not a problem for us. Noisy at nite and morning by some rooms.

Our family stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed our overnight stay. We want to stay longer sometime. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We felt very welcome here. The workers were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The food was delicious and a good variety. The breakfast assistant was very polite and helpful. The motel was relatively easy to find. We can't wait to stay again sometime.

This is going to be my go to hotel when I’m in town, great staff very friendly, breakfast came with so many choices and the pool and hot tub were great

Good basic room at a good price. Clean, comfortable, nearby food and services, easy freeway access. Very friendly breakfast staff. They don't charge for parking, which has become common and very annoying. I would go back when ttraveling in this area.

There is one step that has a broken weld and is breaking loose and is tipped down making it dangerous. This was only marked by a cone. Very Dangerous!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay because the beds were comfortable, we loved the tub and gym. I'd recommend adding weights to the gym. Breakfast was ok with not many veggie options but the boiled eggs were cooked perfectly! The breakfast assistant was lovely and very helpful. Sorry I don't recall her name. We'll come back and bring the kids next time to enjoy the pool!

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall appearance of the room, very clean and sleek and included a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was comfy but we were in the very back facing the freeway and the noise was more than I expected. Perhaps in another room it wouldn’t be so loud. I know for the future to request a room in another area.

Overall, my room was mostly clean but obviously, this was an older motel. The baseboard in the bathroom was worn. There were a couple tiny scraps of something left in the tub and bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of breakfast choices. The staff in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

The Room Smelled Like Someone Had vommited and it Didn't Clean it Up Properly

I realize that “pet friendly” is probably just a box that is checked, but I was frustrated when trying to check into the hotel that they do not accept cats. I had a young kitten with me and had just driven about 12 hours to get to the hotel. The manager graciously made an exception, so it all worked out, but I wish that I had known this before my trip. This hotel site was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. The best part was the amazingly friendly and helpful ladies in the dining area for breakfast.

First thing when my refrigerator wasn't working i called the front desk. She addressed me by name. She had Lenny there in minutes. He was great! He brought me another refrigerator. Then came back and checked with the temperature of the refrigerator. He was very friendly plus told me about the exercise room.

The bath mat had a big hair ball on it. The mirror frame on the vanity had some gunk. The second to last step of the stair case was tilted down giving the sense of falling. (Unsafe)

The shower had mold and it leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the next room. The towels were VERY worn. And there was a step in the staircase nearest to my room that was not set properly. It tilled downward and was dangerous.

Location was close to food and shopping.
Bed sheets were not changed, we had to do that, which was gross. The sides of the bed had questionable stains and the shower had hair in it, fridge needs something underneath it to stabilize it.
People were smoking pot and cigarettes right outside their doors and drinking and smoking in the pool area. Outside garbage cans were full and extra bags full laying next to the can, plus trash all over parking to. Breakfast was ok, plenty to choose from and that area was clean. Would not stay here again.

Don’t stay here, the staff was very friendly however the hotel room was horrid.
The shower leaked causing the bathroom to flood, the stool wasn’t set or level, the towels were grungy and hard. The pillows were small and uncomfortable , the room was loud, the room smelled like smoke and you could smell people smoking weed outside the door that didn’t seal.
There was a very good Mexican restaurant near by.
