Great location, near my destination. When moving into the room provided, there was a live cockroach on the floor next to the bed. The office clerk provided us a new room. The new room was clean, no cockroaches or other pests, had hot/cold water, and was comfortable. During my short one-day stay, the other guests in the hotel were civil, well behaved, well mannered. No deplorables were seen loitering in the parking lot of the hotel.
The location, the price of the room, cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
