Very nice hotel clean the cafe at the hotel food was good short menu ,we gave four stars because they only except credit cards no cash at the cafe ,not everyone has credit cards or credit we do but it puts many guests in an odd position since there's not many eatery's around

the hotel was fine but was a little annoyed about the $16 a day parking fee. it's not like this is the downtown location where you have to pay for parking anywhere.
what if i had ubered to the hotel? you did not know if i parked there or not, you just assumed.
and there was a $1 a day contribution to a charity...what charity?

The only reason i wasn't 100% satisfied with my stay is because I booked for a KING Bed Room and was given a double bed instead. Not as comfortable as my usual stays at The Courtyard but the front desk lady did offer me a Free Breakfast in the morning due to the inconvenience of Hotels.com booking me for a KING but it not being available

There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom, drains running very slow. Maintenance did come quickly and worked on the drains for approximately 45 minutes. The drains were so bad he had to get assistance with the drains. When I opened the door there was black sludge, clumps of hair and other disgusting matters on the counters, floors and even on the mirrors. The maintenance man did wipe it up but I called the front desk and requested new towels and for the bathroom to be sanitized in that it was only wiped down by maintenance. I requested a new room but no rooms were available. Needless to say, we were unable to use the bathroom in the room because housekeeping never showed up. We had to use the hotel’s public restroom which is unacceptable . The front desk staff was nice but the Manager was unavailable. I will be contacting Hotels.com and Marriott for a full refund.

I got to the hotel at 2:30am, after a long day of travel and weather delays.
I got into bed and turned off the light. The sheets felt so rough and nubby, that I turned the light on and got up to leave ok at the sheets. I thought maybe I inadvertently had pull up the fitted sheet and was laying on a mattress pad. Nope, the sheets were just old and likely of poor quality to begin with. Top sheet was the same.
The mattress and pillows were great.
I also made the mistake of thinking this was a FLL airport hotel. It’s next to a runway of an executive/private airport.

For one night stay, it’s ok but it’s too expensive, the cover of the bed was not clean, there’s brown stains on it and the towel smells bad

Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. AC was loud and sounded like a pressure washer outside the window. There was point in time in the evening that it smelt like vinegar. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Pretty nice except the bathroom door to our room would not close completely. The door did not meet the frame and would not close. If I had discovered it before late at night I would have changed rooms. Thank heavens it was my sister who was my roommate.

I attempted to confirm by phone multiple times, no answer. Tried to call operator while staying there several times with no luck
Tried calling the bistro several times again ni answer. Towels were old and rough, also bedding is pretty worn
I’ve stayed at this Hotel several time because it is close to where I work, you guys got some updating to do.

The hotel is very nice. The people at the front desk were helpful especially one man. Our airplane was late and we didn't get to the hotel until 9:30. I had asked for a king deluxe room with a balcony and paid for that room in advance. When we got there, all the king rooms had been given away so we ended up with two beds. The next day I asked for the king room I had paid for and they were able to give us that room for the next two nights.

This hotel wasn't just a place to stay, it was a modern escape! From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by the chic, brand-new atmosphere and sparkling cleanliness. Even the TV welcomed me by name, like a VIP at a private getaway.
Speaking of VIP treatment, the Fiji water in the room instantly upped the hotel vibes. Let's talk about the BISTRO! I'm a cheesecake connoisseur, and theirs is hands-down the best I've ever tasted. Seriously, if you stay here, DO NOT miss that cheesecake. It's a life-changing experience disguised as dessert.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. It was comfortable, stylish, and full of delightful surprises (like that heavenly cheesecake!). The property is dated and has some quirks. Chipped paint and very loud flushing toilets. The staff was excellent, very friendly and constantly cleaning and checking in with guests.

Tv keep going out. Got a baloncy room, but the thing was like 2 feet wide, we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Bottles in shower for soap, shampoo and cream rinse was hard to read which was which with out glasses

This was our first stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. The location was the reason we chose it. We arrived a little later in the evening, and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
Although a bit dated, our room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't try the restaurant or bar but appreciate how convenient it was.
The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed lunch there one afternoon. A plus was knowing laundry was on-site as well as a workout area.
We were initially concerned about the noise considering the proximity to the airport (my wife and I are light sleepers) but were pleasantly surprised to find it didn't bother us at all.
Overall, it was a great stay. In fact, we booked this hotel again for the night before our upcoming cruise.

Very inconvenient location. Reception Staff was mediocre. The toilet flush was not in condition. Sink tap was cheap.

The staff very courteous from the moment we walked in. And the hotel smelled amazing. I will definitely stay again when we're in the area.
