Everything was clean and functionning.
With 4 of us it was a little tight but still comfortable, everyone had enough space, even with luggage, a lunch and a computer.

I liked the location and layout of lobby and pool area. Offered no Business Office, Bistro only open for Breakfast and not on Monday or Tuesdays. When Hotel Clerk was told about excess noise from kids he told them my room and made things worse and never stopped the noise. Limited communication from Staff in English.

We really loved our room. Very spacious, clean and despite not being able to open the window for fresh air, the air never felt stale. Loved and enjoyed the tub every night. Two small dislikes: the shower cabin was small and cramped and the carpet was loose and wavy in places. But overall, very happy

Terrible check in the lady at the front desk. She was rude and arguing about the room I had reserved, only to fing out that I was finally wright. She was so upset for no reason. I won't be back to this place !

For the rate the hotel had an old feeling. I guess itès the norm in the area... The room was big but with old furniture and old bathroom. VERY CLEAN and confortable bed!

It was great, even though the spa is closed because of the pandemic, the pool is still open, nice service, good food!

The hotel was a bit under construction beside that the staff was real nice and the room was clean

First room wasn’t good, it was next to the air exhange system. It was loud and the walls and floor were vibrating. They very quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are very spacious.
The hotel has an electrical vehicle charger but it was impossible to use because of the snowmobiles parked everywhere.
The hotel was very clean.

Although I didn’t get to go to the pool because I was too tired, my two younger kids enjoyed their time there, the rooms were quiet and clean.

Counter staff were kind and friendly. However cleaning staff were loud the next morning complaining that people were checking out late or didn't leave tips etc. Room was a bit disappointing.

This is our second time staying in Roberval while enroute to visit our son. The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. I cannot comment on the local area as we were only passing through. I would stay here again and do recommend this hotel.
