The hotel is nice and comfortable. It’s located inside of a shopping center with different choices of restaurants and stores. I love the room. It had a complete kitchenette, with stove, refrigerator and even dishwasher. The pool area is very clean and beautiful.

Our room was comfortable. The bathroom was not fully cleaned but I brought Clorox wipes so I cleaned it before we used it for our stay. It was strange that the door seemed to be placed opposite, not allowed us to secure our door with a safety contraption we bring. The door was also very hard to open and the dead bolt did not work fully. Aside from those areas, the stay was nice.

We arrived at our hotel one hour early. Called but was told room wasn’t ready. They were to call when ready. Never got the call. Finally got checked in after 4:00. Trash laying in parking lot, trash in dog park area. Was not told to ask for room cleaning. Third day asked for towels, But was told all out. Dirty Towels laying in hallways and in piles near doors. Large bags of dirty sheets outside many rooms. Trash cans all over property overflowing for days before getting cleaned out. Very cranky lady at breakfast service. Watched everything making guests feel uncomfortable eating the complimentary breakfast. People still eating and she took all food away right on the dot of time ending. Lots of chaotic noise from partying guests with only front desk people to tell. They did nothing and the noise carried on. The look of the hotel is aged and needing upgraded. We had two bedrooms in our suite. My son’s bathroom had rotten smelling body soap.

The room was very small. The fold out couch was larger than the advertised Queen bed. Balcony unusable as no chairs and only standing room only. Breakfast was the same everyday, no change in menu. Pricey for what we actually received

If you stay in one of the buildings close to the front desk, it will feel like a hotel experience. If you’re in one of the ones far from the front desk (8, 9, 10) you’re going to feel like you’re in a weird old apartment complex.

Kyle at the front desk was really friendly, efficient and helpful. One bedroom unit was perfect for our family of three. Kitchen was nice to have. We stayed during the ‘off season’ so breakfast was a little scaled back but still got our day started well with good food. Thanks for a great stay!

Would stay here again for sure! Pros: Great layout of kitchen, living room, and then a door between the bedroom and these 2 areas. Also, access to the 1 bathroom from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Also, close to TONS of restaurants and shops and grocery stores. Felt quiet and safe. Cons: The TV service will intermittently go out while you're watching a show and come back on 20-50 seconds later, which is annoying. Also, they don't have CBS if you need it for football or the Golden Globes. But they do have NBC, ABC, and a lot of cable channels and you can sign in to Netflix too.

One of my WORST stays ever, after being made to wait almost an hour to check in because they had so many late check outs, on the second night I noticed that my covers had blood on it, I to the front desk and let them know. No one came to change the bedding, I took them off the bed put them on the floor. The next morning I complained to a different staff member. When House keeping finally arrived, she made the bed using the same blood stained covers that were on the floor. That was the only time out of the 8 nights I stayed there that housekeeping came to clean the room, and she did not do it properly then. She folded dirty towels and hung them back up in the restroom. I am so upset, because the general manager Paxton did not seem to be phased at the behavior of housekeeping taking dirty linen off the floor and putting it back on the bed, and the same with the towels. The hotel looks NOTHING like what is advertised on the website. It is extremely outdated. I will make it my mission to report the normal disgusting behavior that housekeeping is displaying. Please take the covers off the bed and inspect them before you sleep, if you are unfortunate enough that there are no other hotels available at all. I will NEVER say here again.

Sadly for us, the pool and hot tub lifts were completely non functional. It was obvious they have not been working for a long time. Management just made excuses.

Great family area! Hotel is pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. The breakfast was great! I was happy to see Almond Milk as an option. There are many places to eat. I love the Krispie Kreme donuts that are within walking distance.

Check in was not the best when being told of a $100 hold on my card. It was unexpected and I didn’t appreciate the unexpected charge. Room was pretty nice and bed was semi comfy. The complimentary breakfast was about 7/10.

Overall clean, has everything you’ll need. A bit much for a solo traveler but good in general. Unfortunately it was noisy as you can hear the guest above your room and every door that opens and closes in the hallway. Needs more room for breakfast, there was no available seats i had to take my food and coffee back to my room.

This hotel is amazing. I loved having the kitchen and living room separate that way when my daughter wanted to play she was able to go in the living room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting California. It’s by shops and restaurants which was really convenient after a long day of exploring.

Bell Roming all night by my room an alarm or something lobby full of people being loud just waiting around no one at frt desk waited 20 mins and left. Told them about it they would check with maintenance and someone would call back

Rooms were very specious and clean. Rooms have all the amenities for short or longs stays. The only negative is entering from the outside to your room and slightly hard at night to see. But overall the inside of the room is great!

Property in a great area to shopping and dining, but in horrible condition. Needs major updating as the carpets are absolutely disgusting. There are other notations left to be said.

This property was mediocre in many ways. Starting with the no cancelation and the $10 nightly parking fee I never had any sense of hospitality, instead I was a source of revenue. The suites are pretty nice, but small wuth carpet stains. The groundsmen are dilligent with there blowers at 8 am blowing leaves off the pavement while leaving trash arourd the extreamities. The breakfast also was decidedly mediicre and we opted out most mornings. My comments are as they are in part because of the cost, we expected more for the money and did not feel we received value for money.

I had a very nice queen bed suite, nicely maintained and well equipped. Some parts of the property you're showing wear, particularly the elevator. I would recommend this to someone wanting a suite.

Extremely welcoming, friendly staff. Very clean rooms and property. Great dining options right in the plaza where it's located and many restaurants and shopping options across the way.

I was told we could use a luggage cart to bring our luggage to our room but our building (6) had no elevator. We had to go get the sheets for sofa bed at the front desk at midnight because they were not in room and they could they couldn’t bring to us. While rushing to check out and get ready, I went to iron my clothing to find no cloth cover over the metal iron board. So I walked around for the day with wrinkled clothing. All of this was the cherry on top after noticing large pieces of bread crumbs, old dried pieces of ramen, and dried grains of rice on the kitchen counter immediately after check in and arrival to room. I was offered another room after notifying the staff but did not want to haul my luggage up and down the stairs again. This was a splurge for our family because we chose the location for proximity to my mom’s house while visiting San Diego and felt the rate wasn’t worth what we received. In the end the situation was rectified but we will not be staying there again.
