What a great hotel! Don’t ever judge a book by its cover. This little place was clean, friendly, the staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was one of the best hotels breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Hugh was great very nice man

Room was small and dirty. Mold in the bathroom and rust on the towel rack. Had to stand on the toilet to use the sink. Had syrup on the breakfast counter but no waffles or pancakes. Had oatmeal toppings chopped nuts, raisins, and brown sugar but no oatmeal. Would not stay there again. .

The Saturday afternoon check in staff not real friendly at fist but when we came back one lady was by herself and it was a nicer experience. Our beds where old, and very bouncy and the couches in the sweet where very broken in. Definitely needs a furniture update. And the shower still had someone’s hair on the walls of the shower.

From check-in to check out, everything was terrific. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. THANK YOU!!

Friendly place to stay.

I didn’t have comfortable stay in this hotel. First in my room you couldn’t turn off the bathroom vent/fan. it was noisy! the AC/ Heater never reach to set point temperature and just blew the cold air. I had to move to new room at 2 AM as I couldn’t sleep! the second room smells very bad, so, without moving I requested for third room! The third room was ok! They could have offered me this room at the beginning!

The beds didn’t have any protector over them just a fitted thin sheet over a mattress. . Mattresses were very stiff. Someone had been smoking so it not only smelled of cigarettes but it also caused the fire alarm to go off and with sleeping tired kids after a long 4 hrs trip it wasn’t pleasant. The staff however was very kind. The smoking isn’t due to their fault either I do understand they can’t control others actions. The three star is mainly for the bedding issues. Under the pull out bed the mattress was stained with rust marks? On a small plus the body and hair care items in the shower are great quality.

Bed in room had a bad mattress with springs exposed. The lady working at the desk was very nice and gave us a new room. Which was nice.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice. THE BEDS ARE HARD! But other than that its a great stay.

I loved the spacious suite as it was comfortable, clean, and very quiet.

The stay and room was great overall but something happened with the pipes where they turned the water off so we had noooo water for showers or anything before we checked out.

This location DOES NOT have a EV Charger, even though I used the filter to show me hotels only with EV Chargers. Even though the list of amenities shows an EV charger on site. So instead of charging overnight while I sleep, I had to wake up an additional hour earlier to find a charger and sit in my car while it charged. I would have stayed longer at the charger en route, I would have made different choices for hotels. It’s false advertisement and needs to be corrected. After I looked at this hotel, the next day the price reduced and I was told there was only 4 more rooms at this place. And wouldn’t you know at 10:30 pm, there was about 20 cars max in the parking lot. What a lie. Hairs in the bathroom, well dated carpet, and the smallest room with a king size bed that I have seen (outside of downtown Boston). Beds were meh and pillows were dinky. I would never have chowed this hotel if not for the EV charger listed in the amenities section. But- Hugh- at the front desk deserves a huge shout out, he was awesome and was willing to help me find a charger as well as being apologetic. It’s not his fault! Thanks Hugh!!!

Breakfast was nuked in a microwave (the door was open and i could see it happeneing) Then once the sausages were done i watched kitchen stagg put them in the dorty omlet pan. We had a paw print in soap on the back of our bathroom door - cabinets were covered in some type of sticky substance

The noisiest hotel we’ve stayed! It’s right next to 65N. Was not able to sleep at all! Will never go back. The staff were great, breakfast was okay.

The personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Maid service was poor. Lots of choices in this area. So OK and not OK.

I wasn't pleased with my overall stay mainly because the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There was an empty tissue box in the bathroom and no complimentary hand soap.

Once checked into our rooms we immediatly saw a cockroach. Killed it and took it to the front desk. Only compensation offered was a different room or snacks from the snack machine becuase we booked through a 3rd party. The bug did not belong to the 3rd party. If it had not been for the bug it would have been a nice stay!!!!

We had a quick one night stay. It was ok for what we needed, but it was loud and the room could use some updates.

Overall it was ok. I recommend a room not on the side of the highway nor 1st floor.

the sink was opposite..cold was hot and hot was even hotter and actually the lever went all the way around . water came out but you couldn't determine if it was the right temperature or not. the lever did not appear to be loose but would go allll the way around breakfast was mediocre. potatoes were cold. toaster didn't toast.no meat options. so you could have cold or semi warm eggs and potatoes that weren't hot. there was yogurt and cereal along with oatmeal though

Marijuana smells in elevator and hallway were very unpleasant. We should not be exposed to that.
