The hotel was in shambles, it was being remodeled and it was a mess. There were guest that smoked in their room and made the hallway stink. These conditions caused my family member have a asthma attack. We had to cancel the second night and find another hotel. Im waiting on a refund which I haven't seen yet.The manager that was on duty was polite, but the hotel should let guest know before they book that they are under construction due because people have different health issues and can not tolerate dust and different smells.

Booked with Comfort Inn because i knew the name and have stayed at a few in the past with no issues. This time was gross and messy! The hotel is going thru a remodel, there was plaster dust and torn carpet, stacked mattresses in windows, dirty breakfast area, no working tv's, fitness room had two broken treadmills, no coffee pot in the room, no extra blankets, i had to rearrange the room to plug in the microwave, and the shower was a leaky mess. I was very dissappointed and when my husband tried bringing up concerns to the front desk people he was disregarded. We wont be coming back.

Both first and second levels were under construction, lobby bathrooms out of order, No working TVs for this 4 day trip, mold in rooms/bathrooms, Hot Tub in hotel pics—No hot tub on site. Customer service was quick though

Hotel is under renovation. Room, lobby and pool were clean. Front desk was slow (greater than 10 minute wait for someone to help with check in). Only 1 working elevator, broken treadmill in workout room. Breakfast was poor quality.

The room was more spacious than we expected. The included breakfast was sparse. Furniture was not in great shape. We received a call from the front desk shortly after check-in that the satellite TV service was down. Not sure of it ever worked because our tv remote didnt work. The pool is brand new but wasnt ready for use, we weren't aware of that so the kids were disappointed. Overall it was a clean, safe place to sleep, nothing special. You get what you pay for, and at $76/night, it was fine.

No clean up room for 3 days in a role, even I requested the receptionist before I went out. Came back = Not clean at all. No TV, no Pool. Food the same daily. Like a motel. Not hotel.

Dish network was down so no TV.
Beds were comfy, and I slept okay.
Room was clean, though there was a glob of chewed gum in the wastebasket.
Bathroom sink drained slowly. Didn't use the shower so can't speak to water pressure or shower conditions.
As it seems with most mid-priced hotels these days, there was a general sense of rundownness.
But the room was only about $70, so I guess that's part for the course these days.
Only one of two elevators that we encountered worked. Feels like a safety concern to me, as a disabled person can't use stairs.
Breakfast was cold carbs(cereal, bread), make your own waffles, (syrup from container labeled "hot syrup" was cold,), scrambled eggs. Found a hair on my plate, not sure if it was in the eggs or on the plate but either way made it already not so great (for me) breakfast less appealing.

Hotel is under construction. No TV signal in rooms. Pool not available. Breakfast was scant. Called down twice to report TV outage. No returned call. Upon departure, another guest was in the lobby waiting to speak with the manager to render the same complaints. We were not advised upon booking or check in of these issues. We would have chosen another hotel. This hotel should be removed from hotels.com until they have appropriate accommodations.

We were not informed until we checked in the hotel was under construction. The TV’s in the entire building were not working. The pool and restaurant were closed due to construction. Only one elevator was in use. Someone was smoking pot in that elevator and around the hotel all weekend, the room next to me had a dog that was barking. The chair in our room and carpet were disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal and bread. Waffle maker and coffee pots were broken along with the rest rooms on the main floor. It was horrible and I will be working on getting a refund as I paid $ 98 a night!!

The room was fine. The hotel was under constructuon so the hallways werent that great. The biggest issue was that NOBODY was there when we tried to check in. Seriously, we had to wait 20 minutes for the girl to come and check us in. When she finally came, she smelled of alcohol. Iwouldve cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere if it wasnt past check in time.

The cable service was out all three days. The original room was under the rooftop mechanicals and was noisy as hell. The front desk moved us to a better room,no problems. Overall, this hotel is a work in progress, and the pricing reflects that.

This hotel is under major reconstruction, and the staff is doing nothing to make up for it. The hotel furniture is falling apart, the hallways to the elevator are loaded with drywall dust and debris. The breakfast is just sad, and the TV only played analog channels, and a very fuzzy picture at that.
Swimming pool was out of commission, and when you looked into the hotel courtyard, all you saw was trash and litter, overturned patio chairs, tables and cushions. We had the impression this hotel had once been abandoned, and somebody is trying to bring it back to life. Please update the status of this hotel on your website. Don’t think I will be using Hotels.com in the future.

I loved the balcony. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. Should change to a hot breakfast. Eggs, bban, muffins, etc. The dry cereal was horrible.

The location was a bit hard to find. For breakfast it was limited to only beverages such as milk, orange juice,water, and coffee ( no decaf coffee available) and waffles and toast (the butter ran out by the third stay). Heard many other customers complain about the same things. Found a used tampon in the room we stayed in. The staff didn't come up for room maintenance till we ask for them to come up. The gym area had no functional equipment and the pool area is currently closed. One day, the staff were extremely rude. We had extended our stay for a couple more days the night prior with the front desk everything was confirmed. The following day, one of the staff came by banging on the door demanding us to give him our credit card to extend the stay, and he'll run it immediately. He had his foot blocking the door and was yelling, scaring us. Till we were able to close it and he left. We had called and talked in person to front desk. No one knew anything and didn't offer any compensation for the trauma they caused. The price for the stay is great during weekdays but that's the only great thing I have to say about this place. On weekends it's the same price as any other place. Wouldn't recommend

Amenities such as heated pool and fitness room were advertised. Both were closed. In fact the whole first floor was under renovations and in terrible condition. Also none of the tvs worked in any of our rooms. I would not stay at this hotel without checking that all renovations are completed. Room was ok, bed was comfortable, quiet because almost no one was in the hotel but overall Not a good experience.

This property is currently under construction and is expected to be messy but for the most part it was ok. The hand soap was so terribly small you couldn’t even get a good lather going! Your price, under construction was $10 more than the previous owner and our room was the same. Senior citizens

When I checked out / left to get in my car it was missing from the spot I parked it in. They towed it to the other side of the lot without telling me. Put me in a panic for a few minutes until someone told me where to find my car. The majority of the hotel (at least the first floor) is being remodeled

The property is being renovated, but there is no excuse when you advertise a pool and say it’s temporarily closed when you get there the pool is green it hadn’t been open in ages.As for the exercise room none of the equipment worked, and the treads on the treadmill were so cut up and dilapidated that even if it had been working, it would’ve been dangerous. The elevator was not working. The main lights in my room were not working. The hotel room was clean, which was a godsend. The breakfast is in one word sad. And the cost of concession items such as water pop and chips is criminal considering you’re a half mile from anything if you don’t have a car. But you get what you pay for this was a very cheap hotel and I didn’t expect that much but if you advertise a pool and an exercise room and a breakfast, you should at least have those things.

The first room given to us had a stink and we needed to complain about it. We were offered another room with a whistling air conditioner and a TV that was not connected/worked. When we called the helpdesk they came to fix the TV. The staff is doing the best they can to make sure things work but the hotel - for what they charged - is not up to the mark at all. The breakfast was absolutely basic with eggs, bread, a few bagels, cereals and thats about it. Overall for the money charged, the stay was just not satisfactory.

Because there was a renovation in progress it is difficult to estimate cleanliness. However , we were there for one week. No one emptied the garbage, checked to see if we needed new towels, replaced coffee. I had to call and request these basic services. Based on these things I would not return to your facility.

I wish I would have taken pictures to show the filthiness of this hotel. The carpets of the hotel are heavily stained which also creates a horrible stench as you walk the hallways. The cleanliness of the room is no better. The continental breakfast which is included is laughable. They provide the least as possible. There is a working waffle station which is a plus however that is about it the remainder of the continental breakfast is three types of cereal, assorted slices of bread, hard boiled eggs, water, milk, and coffee. That's it. The first day, I thought this is it was just for that morning but for every morning that is it.
I am most upset that the hotel charged me twice for my stay and when I spoke to the manager to point out the error on their end, he dismissed me and asked that I resolve the issue with the third party that I booked the hotel through who in turn told me that I could not cancel after my stay. I am was never intending to cancel as I had already stayed. I just didn't feel that I should be charged twice for one stay. The manager should have handled from his end but instead attempted to charge me for an additional night.

Did not get my room cleaned and no clean towels were served. The continental breakfast had barely any options and no options for plant based. I brought my complaint to the front desk and no one helped take care of my needs. They just kept putting it off as if they couldn’t do anything. Called corporate to report the complaint and yet again no one was willing/able to help.

This hotel was nasty. I honestly plan to ask for a refund because it was so gross. To start our stay, we went to the pool and it was literally green and smelled like algae. There were also ants in the pool area. This was disappointing but whatever. We went upstairs to our room to shower and found the water was brown coming out for the first 15 seconds and our shampoo bottle was broken. We washed up with what we had and got dressed and went to watch a movie as a family, and there was no TV remote. All of these things were again upsetting, but whatever. On top of these things, the room was cosmetically disgusting --holes in the walls, rug gross, hallways nasty, etc. The icing on the cake though was when I woke up at 3AM to something crawling on my face and body and found a few ants crawling on my body. I killed them and looked over and a cup I had had soda in had ants swarming it & they were crawling all over the side table & some onto my bed. At this point I'm grossed out, worried about bed bugs or other insects, & can't sleep. If my son wouldn't have been sleeping, we honestly probably would have left. We got up, went to get breakfast, which was mediocre at best & the dining room chairs looked like people had thrown up on them & were never cleaned they were so dirty, it made me want to just leave my plate and get out of there. Honestly, super disappointing experience that I hope the hotel chain will see this review & do something to make it up since they are in a transition.

Guests should be prepared to walk longer than usual hallways to navigate the amenities within the property. It would have been appreciated if we were advised in advance that pool towels have to be obtained from the front desk. However I found the location to be convenient and free of unnecessary noise.
