The elevator is a nightmare. We had to wait like a Disneyland ride! Ridiculous.

It’s just ok. Claimed renovated room but must not be that recent due to scruff marks everywhere on the cabinets.
Bathroom was dirty on check in. Not extremely but hair in and on sink and shower. Didn’t complain tho.
Was on a non smoking floor so not sure if the neighbors or the smell comes thru the vents but lots of weed and cigarette smoke smell.
Pillows were tiny. Bed wasn’t too bad. Room was very spacious. Service was good. Not sure why they have kiosks to check in because I had to go to the desk anyway.

The location is great and we had a great view of the Sphere. The room is large and comfortable, but smelled heavily of smoke and very musty. The self check in was easy as long as you don’t try and check in a min earlier than 3pm. Tried to use the ceaser rewards app to check out but it was difficult. There is an upfront charge to the room which wasn’t explained so I’m assuming it will be refunded after our stay is complete. I’d stay again and choose a cleaner room!

Nice room , good location
Pool was just okay.

The hotel needs some remodeling, the room was dusty and needs some fixing and we found a leftover eyelash next to the phone. The wallpaper was hanging loose in the bathroom, the furniture needs some repaint and fixing. For the amount you pay not worth it. Yes, you get a view of the sphere but its still dirty, windows dirty, bedsheets was clean though.

Not a bad property, but we had a belcony but you were not allowed to step out on it. Door only opened 3 inches maybe. Our bathroom wasent very clean, and condoms were in the nightstand. Thermostat will not go lower then 68. TV was broke first night we were there, They did replace it the next day.

W'at can you say about USA hotel reception staff who in general don't seem to want to do their job. This is the first point when you arrive. But they make the process very unfriendly. All they Care about is getting your $100 deposit or swipe your card. Try to ask a question and they don't want to move from their script. After staying in 4 different hotels only one seemed to understand a proper welcome. Start training your staff in manners. A smile and be pleasant. The person you have in front of you has probably just been travelling for hours and does not need a sour faced hotel staff member treating them like dirt.

It was really cool. The hotel is clean and right on the strip.

We arrived around 830p. We purchased a fountain view room. We did not get a room like that. We saw the top of a building and other buildings. Casino management gave us a $15 credit. Said Expedia lusted the room in correctly. 🤔

Checking in was such a hassle, to long of a wait.

Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail with room cleaning. I called to the front desk to change rooms and they said I could come down to the desk after their evening rush in check-ins - this customer service could be better as I had already paid and checked in. :-(

Older room, comfortable & walking distance to many attractions.

A few things:
1) Either Hotels.com bait and switched me, or Horseshoe checked me into the wrong room. I booked the king executive that was supposed to come with a hot tub. It did not. I was given the wrong room.
2) There were cockroaches in my room. Disgusting.
3) Air conditioner was incredibly noisy and sounded broken. Barely worked.
4) The furniture in my suite was broken.
5) I was double charged for parking thanks to the person checking me in failing to activate my parking pass, even though I specifically told him I needed it.

Check in is EXACTLY 3pm. Even a minute early will cost you $20. It seems a little weird to be so strict about that when their cleanliness standards are pretty loose. We opted for the $15 "room with a view" upgrade which was totally worth it when we opened our 24th story room and had a breathtaking view of the High Roller, Sphere and Flamingo grounds.
Back to the cleanliness, the casino smells like years of stale smoke, the whole room was covered in a thin layer of dust and the fixtures are in desperate need of some descaling. The bed sheets were clean and the pillows were nicely firm. I wouldn't stay here for longer than one night, but for our needs on this trip it was fine.
One huge upside is the proximity to Ole Red and lots of action.

Bathroom floor and shower floor were dirty (unswept and un-mopped).
Bedding was very clean and white, but bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
Ventilation in casino very poor.
Resort charge an outrageous $50 and early check-in was unreasonable $45.
Poker room was very good.
Food and drinks were outrageously priced.

Spent 10 minutes at Express Check In Kiosk. Went through everything, and at end said I had to see agent.
I get in line. ONE HOUR I spent in line—they had ONLY TWO agents working the “common people” and 8-10 empty stations. This is at 7-8 pm!!!
We missed our dinner reservations and was a horrible start to my wife’s birthday!
Maybe they should take some of their $50 a night “resort fee” and hire some front desk people!! I’ll never stay here again!!
On top of this—check is 11:00 and I checked out 10:56 and they still charged me a late check out fee!!

Check in was slow, staff wasn’t friendly. The upgraded room with a view of the strip is actually a view of a parking lot and is noisy. Not worth the added cost! The facility smells like cigarettes!

Elevators to the rooms always had lines of people waiting and they seemed to be going down for service or just traveling to random floors fairly often. The A/C seemed to have trouble keeping up and it’s not even that hot yet. The last night there our door lock battery went dead taking almost 2 hours for the front desk to finally get someone to us so we could get in the room. Thought my friend was gonna miss their flight which the front desk seemed very carefree about. Security and engineering were great. They were communicating with us well and got us in. I had to come back to get my stuff since I’m local and had no time to pack if we were gonna make it to the airport so engineering said “no worries, let the front desk know when you’re back and we’ll get you in”. I do exactly that and the front desk person I’m dealing with, who only needs to contact engineering to let me into my room, wants me making more trips to confirm the door doesn’t work. Took 10 minutes talking to her before she agreed to contact them. I go up to wait and 15-20 minutes later get a call checking to see if I have returned to the hotel or not. I’m a very easy going person but all the headache from the front desk alone has made it an easy decision to not stay here again.

It was affordable for a reason. We tried to stay away from our hotel as much as we could. Asked for extra pillows for my mom twice and no one came. You have to call for regular service which is fine, but they didn't tell us that. Hallways were dank and dirty. Lighting in the room was dark. This was by far the smokiest hotel we walked through as well. As non-smokers it was an issue, but maybe not a problem for everyone.

Our room was very large, generally clean, and comfortable. Only con was that they need to vacuum under the chairs in the room (we found something that had been there for a while…). Location was central to the Strip and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Some wear and tear in bathroom but room was vey clean and service was good

Spacious room, nice daily maid service. Location is great and easy walking to several venues. Uber and cab service was easy in and out. Not far from airport so quick travel.

We had to check in using kiosks. When we tried to access employees, they were all very rude to us. The worst part of this trip though was the elevators. It literally took us 30 minutes to descend from our room floor to the lobby because they did not have all of their elevators in working order. We tried to take the stairs, but the doors at the bottom were locked - so the hotel is a fire trap also. This hotel should be renamed the "Horse… Hotel". I would rather sleep in my car than stay there another night.

Busy check in but the casino and hotel were great! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Very satisfied with my stay at Horseshoe. We stayed in the renovated room. The room was clean and housekeeping was great. Some of the elevators were a little shaky, but other than that it was perfect

Great hotel, location convenient, clean, friendly

First above anything I must rate the casino. The first thing you can smell when you walk in and throughout the gaming floor is an overwhelming odor similar to a bad men's cologne. I'm not sure why they choose this scent, maybe it is to mask the cigarette smell. It is really offensive.
The hotel itself is good, nothing special. No coffee maker, microwave or water in the room. The "resort fee" just was not justified.

Dirty rooms peanuts candy mints, under bed dust from 2010

It was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. Check in was quick. Check out was even quicker. In the middle of the strip. I was able to get to things fast. Will definitely be staying again.

My confirmation number wasn’t working on anything so I needed assistance checking in and out and exiting parking. The room wasn’t clean and there was a lot of dog hair in front of the room. There was something making a high pitched sound occasionally, which kept me up. The outside lights were visible around the curtains and you could hear police sirens from the 7th floor. At one point an alarm went off and I jumped out of bed. The AC was flashing green and something was else was flashing orange. Idk what it was but it scared me out of my sleep. I slept terribly and was disappointed in the place.
2.0
The front desk staff was very rude. They need good training in communicating with customers.
A lot of traffic noise from the street even on the 16th floor.
Couldn't sleep properly due to the noise from the next room occupants, as there's a door in the middle of two rooms, which is not soundproof.
Not staying at Horseshoe ever for sure

Not great. Very hard to determine what lane to be in to Valet park, the front desk was not welcoming. She did not explain well where to go to get to our room.

When i first arrived i was given the wrong room. They gave me another room that had things broken like the toilet paper holder and hair all over the floor of the bathroom. Was pretty nasty. The room also had tiny roaches crawling all around the room and walls. Disgusting. I probably would never stay there again.
