Hotel was nice. Hot cookies upon check in was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning. It was good with fresh made hot food that was pretty tasty. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Hotel is modern and well kept up. Nice pool area a.d bar/restaurant. Ropom was clean. Plenty of hot water though showerhead didn't want to stay in place. Staff are polite and efficient. Shuttle runs 24 hr/day and will take you to airport with 5 minutes notice, but 7 minute walk will also get you there. Recommended.

Check in was super easy and they have allergy friendly cookies !!!! Bonus ! Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Rooms are large and spacious. Only downside is the coffee amenities if you are a coffee drinker . Machines don’t often work, sugar and creamer provided are minimal and none available in the lobby.

The booking site and the website both say free parking and airport shuttle. However when you check in, you are told it is $9 per day to park your car there. This was the entire reason I spent $120 for the hotel was for the free parking-that I am now paying for! Not cool Double Tree! We will never be back!

I enjoyed staying at the hotel but was not happy to find out that the hotel’s pool is out of order ( which I am told is the case for many months) and the evening staff was short handed which prevented the only worker at the front desk from answering my phone calls from the airport when I needed a ride to the hotel.

No pool and glitchy cable during the Superbowl. No discount due to paying through "3rd party payer". Cookies were great at arrival. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, etc. The entire reason I stayed here was to go swimming! Fast shuttle to airport. Food for room service was decent.

Love that I can leave my car here and pay much cheaper parking than the airport when I fly somewhere. Very quick transportation is provided to and from the airport also.

I loved staying on the top floor at this particular property, lodged in a West-facing room. In-the-Morning… draw open the curtains. And there you have it! That million dollar view of the Colorado Rockies. As the rising sun in the east ~ floods the snowcapped peaks with the morning’s light!

Really miserable room Had chosen the hotel because it was supposed to be the best and because there was a pool My room was really damp and was next to a laundry room where a huge motor started every 5 minutes. The pool was NOT open for the 5 days I was there... Was gone every day from 7-16 (out and about) and the cleaning had NOT been enough. Even though I had a "do not disturb" sign on, they entered my room 3 times while I was there... Really DO NOT recommend that place

I have stayed at this hotel 20+ times over the past 5+ years. They have a great pool and its the number #1 reason I book the hotel. The pool was closed for repair this trip. When I booked on Hotels.com there was no mention of this. Then when I arrived they put me in a handicap room on the corner so there was lots of noise by the exterior door and hallway. When I got into bed I was watching TV and I saw a spider drop down from the ceiling on to the bed. I had to jump out of bed and kill it. In the morning while getting ready I noticed bodily fluid on the down comforter that was not mine. Disgusting.

Our check in for 2 rooms went very smoothly. We wanted to stay close to my brother and they were able to arrange accommodations just one room from ours. Hotel and rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was great as we flew into and out of Wichita airport.
