Very convenient location for the night life in Havasu.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the grounds were kept clean. The central patio felt homey like and apartment complex. You could tell they are working on updates as the bathroom looked to have been newly renovated. However, the condition of the furniture was worn and the paint was pealing by the door. The mattress was comfortable, however, the pillows were just about the flattest things I've ever seen and there were only two for each bed. That's good for a stomach sleeper, but not for a side sleeper. I'd suggest bringing your own pillows. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and mini fridge/freezer as that had not been listed in the description. Overall, it was a much better experience than I've had at similarly priced or even higher priced hotels. I'd stay again.

The photos of the outside do not do justice. I was skeptical before arriving and a little when i pulled in as it is in a older area of town. The lady at the desk was very nice and informal. She kindly switched my room feom a double queen to a king bed as that side of the building is quieter. I got to my room and was pleasantly surprised as the inside looks nothing like the outside. Thw room is updated with "hardwood" linoleum. Everything was clean and no bugs (I check because bugs freak me out🙃)

The front desk person was super helpful, friendly and professional. It’s was way better than travelers inn…. The bathroom was remodeled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything is walking distance, food, bar and laundry in on premises. I will stay here again.

The bathroom door was warped so would not close. The bathroom towels were old and needed to be replaced. Parking was very tight with a little space to maneuver. The bed pillows were old and needed to be replaced.

Ive stayed a this hotel back when it was Knights Inn...lots of improvements to the rooms! Buildings still need some exterior repairs. Was disappointed to find that the laundry was out of order. Otherwise was happy with my stay

I think for the bang for your buck this is a good little hotel i mean its lake havasu nothing is really really all that bad in my eyes . The owners and staff were nice and accommodating to me and my girlfriend.

I was very pleased with the room. It wound up being a very cold and windy night when I stayed. I liked that there was a second door that opened up directly to the pool area. I was disappointed that the weather was too cold to swim because the pool looked amazing. And the hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to be while I was in Lake Havasu.

Looks like they’re doing some remodeling the rooms have hardwood floors now and the restrooms were all remodeled. It’s walking distance to the downtown area, bars, dining..everything close by. Good dirt lot parking for the boat.

Clean and reasonably priced. Its an older motel but well maintained. The room was clean. The pool was well kept. Be sure to requested a room on the 1st floor ahead of time as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor.

Pictures do not reflect this property! Horrible, dirty, run down outside. People doing drugs and hanging out in the parking lots.
Came from out of town for a funeral and my family was too uncomfortable to even get out of the car. They have a no refund policy, so we paid for 2 rooms that we weren’t able to sleep in. Please don’t waste your time or money.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked in to our hotel and went to the room. The floors have probably never been mopped. Wrappers on the floor hair all over the bathroom. We stayed in the room maybe 10 minutes and walked back out. Do not stay here.

It was a nice place for the price. Interiors recently remodeled. TV was very small. Exterior sidewalks were in poor condition. Courtyard was nice. Close to local amenities. Would stay here again.

It was the best price in town. My room was totally renovated, so very nice. The linens were nice and I slept well. Mini fridge, mic, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, basic toiletries, lighted mirror, new tv. They are clearly renovating - there's a construction dumpster and old furniture lined up along the inner walls of the motel. The pool was nice, clean and a pleasant temp. Ice machine worked, internet worked. Check in was fast and friendly. When I had trouble with watching tv, she quickly came to my room and helped me figure out the remotes. It looks pretty run down from the outside, but I had a good stay and the best price. Perhaps one of the best things, is location. It's right behind the main old town drag - lots of restaurants, bars, little shops, a park - all within blocks, so I liked that aspect. I know they'll do fine once they get the renovations completed.

It is under renovations. The quality of the work being done is questionable. Our room was clean. The linens were not very good. The location/buildings/people around the property were questionable. There was really nothing at this property except a room to sleep in.

It was an old building and it looked like they were trying to renovate the rooms. Old furniture left outside in the courtyard with new bathroom sinks.

Do not go there under any circumstances. Very sketchy and scary, plywood on the office windows, homeless people loitering, the building in extreme disrepair, would not give us a refund when we didn’t want to stay in their Ghetto ruin. Stay away!!!!

Phew. Where to begin. The beds are awful the rooms gotta be from the eighties. Only really nice thing about it is that its close to downtown so if you planning on hitting the bars its walking distance. I guess it made the showers i had to take cold a little easier!
