We’ve stayed here before and we will stay here again. It’s old, but clean enough. The location is what keeps us coming back. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Not a fancy hotel, very basic, but we love the view and how nice they are.

Huge parking lot which is awesome for your toys. But it seems that they don’t have many housekeepers because room was a bit dusty and found other peoples trash in draw.

The hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly. I have stayed a few times and they have made improvements to lobby, etc. Only issue was the rooms were in an area where a staff member was staying with many dogs and family. Having said that, he was very nice and facilitating but it was clearly noisy. There was also a very serious disturbance where police were called and an ambulance brought in due to a domestic dispute in the lobby resulting in an injury requiring medical attention. . This was not something the hotel could have foreseen and they handled it as good as possible. Unfortunately my party of six chose to leave the hotel at 9 the evening of our stay. I personally would stay again. Not so my 5 companions.

Our bathtub was pealing and missing the safety bar. The bathroom door was in bad shape. The TV reception was terrible. Every channel was fuzzy. I had clicked on a room with a full kitchen but had no sink or dishwasher like the pictures showed. The good part was the friendly reception employees who worked the weekend shifts.

We decided on this hotel because it was the closest hotel to the start/finish line of the Havasu 5k, which is the reason we were in town. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean, but the hotel itself was lacking. The broken blinds in the room were messed up and couldn't be closed all the way to keep out the light from the incredibly bright outdoor lights by our room window. The mattress and pillows are ready to be upgraded. The shower, at its best time, served us with lukewarm water that quickly changed to cool. We addressed this with the staff and they stated that can happen when a lot of people are using the water. The hotel didn't appear close to full and we were there from Friday - Sunday with hot water issues. At checkout they said they had the plumber out before winter this year and everything checked fine but they were going to call him back out again.
The best part of this hotel, like I said, was the proximity to the start/finish line and was also within walking distance to the London Bridge.
There are more hotels in the area that do charge quite a bit more for a stay, so you have to take that into consideration when booking. This hotel is not new and the price is cheaper than other hotels. It's all about bang for your buck. This is more of a budget motel and that was reflected in the price that we paid. Again, the hotel was clean but it would make for a nicer stay if the hot water thing got figured out.

Hotel is in great location with plenty of parking. Rooms are no frills but lean and comfortable. Added bonus of fridge and microwave. Would stay there again.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3p. No shampoo, in room coffee maker didn't work. Jacuzzi wasn't turned on.

The property was not horrible but super outdated with dirty walls, old small beds, nasty carpet. We had a towel wrapped around the patio light and a dirty chair outback on the patio. It wasn’t bad for a cheaper stay but it was not the greatest. I wouldn’t stay there again. It needs updating for sure. Especially the bathrooms.

Gross!!! Not clean at all. Hair all over the bathroom, carpet super dirty, water damage, black mildew covering the inside of the fridge. I should have just left but I went to the store and bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned what I could. Luckily I brought my sleeping bags and did not sleep in the bed just on it.

When you check in to this property, thoroughly check out your room. Make sure everything works. Because if it doesn't, lip service will be your consequence. Both day and night staff have received lip service training. In the 3 days I was there, I brought shortcomings up to staff . . . evening, noon and night. I am still waiting on the maintenance man to arrive.

Clean room, kitchenette unit but no amenities with it. There was no dishes or even cups provided. Had to go buy a kettle to boil water. The bed is hard and could use an upgrade. If you need wifi then stay away from here. Didn’t connect at all in the room and barely had signal in the lobby.

The price of the hotel was cheap. Understand why. The first and second floors were remodeled but I was stationed on the third floor, which was the older floor and was not remodeled. The toilet was small, like for a small kid, The rug and drapes were old. The paint was old. and needed to be remodeled. Suppose you're going to put somebody in A. cheap room after you advertise for a newly remodeled. You should tell somebody because you're getting a cheap room for $69. and it's not remodeled. Otherwise, it was a place to lay my head.

We pick it because it was dog friendly and we were on our way home from a long road trip .
Everything was fine until night time and the noise from a bar down the street was so loud it shook the building until 11 o’clock at night. We should’ve known Lake Havasu City is a big party town not a place to go for a little quiet. The staff was great. Try to explain, and the rooms are clean, but I would not stay there again.

I wanted a Hot tub and pool. Well, when i checked in, I asked if the hot tub was working. No the heater is broke. I asked, when will it be fixed? We hope by Thanksgiving. No offer of any compensation. How can you advertise, a hot tub if it is not working. Also, the TV in the room was not working either, they fixed that in an hour. Please check that everything is working prior to making a reservation.

Staff was friendly and accommodating especially Keith. The property is modest but clean, convenient to Crazy Horse dirt bike track and a great price. The bathroom especially shower could use remodeling but they are adequate

Great place if you don’t want to be in the middle of everything. Walking distance to beach, dog park, marinas, restaurants and of course London Bridge! Nice pool!

Air conditioning screamed making it useless to try and sleep with it on in 105 degree heat. Wasn’t told the TV would not work, when I came down to talk to them was then told wouldn’t be working until 4 days later. When the maintenance guy came to look at the air he said he could fix the TV and did.
He beat on the air conditioning unit and it stopped screaming for about 20 minutes and started screaming louder. Beds were terrible. The desk girls were nice but the property leaves MUCH to be desired.
The owners need to charge a little more and make this place livable or they will never get anyone to book there twice. We plan on visiting Lake Havasu several times a year
But I would never stay there again.

Was a really great location to the lake and boat ramp . Staff was great the first two floors were remodeled the second two not yet . We stayed in the third floor great view just had not been remodeled yet . But definitely will return. A continental breakfast would be a great idea!!

The stay was ok as it just just a room, however the condition was poor. As soon as you walk in you get a bad "old" smell. Not sure if it was the carpeting but it smelled throughout and in the room. The bathroom door handle was hanging on the inside. We had bad neighbors in the room next door that were scratching, pushing, and spraying something on the door that connected both rooms. I went to the receptionist area and explained what was happening to see if we cpuld get a different room and the man giggled and said nothing could be done.

After discovering bed bugs my total stay at this facility was less than 30 minutes.
This establishment doesn't smell well, has dirty carpets, and is overall in need of more renovation.

No soap in the rest room. King size mattress very uncomfortable compared to all other motels. We stayed 6 nights with a view of a wall. Didn’t even offer us a room on the third floor with a balcony and view of the lake. Plenty of vacancy at the time.

I mean what can we expect with the hotels in Havasu.
Room carpet was lifted, bathroom walls were repaired and left without painting. Room smelled like dog piss with an obvious stain on the carpet. Tons of boat parking and right next to the launch ramp.

I would have given more stars if not for the General Manager working at this Hotel called " Stella " and I got told for reasons unknown to me that I was not allowed to extend my stay?
Absolutely embarrassing that, I payed full price, upfront and didn't cause hassle, so just left.
Do think that is awful customer service by someone who is I guess is managing this Hotel? Or is that the way they run things at this hotel? I do not know only 1 thing is for sure I will NOT be coming back!
