Stayed there two nights. Perfect location close to everything. Room was relatively modern, clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The rooms are clean but require some updating especially the carpet in the room
The lobby area has amazing architecture and high style design but could use a bit of a refresh as well
Great location -walking distance to Bryant park, Times Square, Central Park

This was my fourth or fifth visit. I love the soaker tub which is my main request when I book. The room itself, is mostly terrific, clean and spacious. The only thing I don't like in the suite is the television/media system which is cumbersome.
The staff is lovely, particularly the very obliging front desk people, Marcos and Stefano. I hope to visit again.
