The hotel is centrally located, the staff were polite.
A few gripes - the building is ancient and my room was very dark. I really prefer sunlight in the room.
Also they made a mess of the breakfast. First I had to tell them during check in that breakfast was included, then they gave 1 coupon to present at the restaurant. And then I had to go back the next day to ask for more coupons. Why Hilton must you do this mess of a process for breakfast? Learn from Hyatt please.

Parking is more than $30 per night. On Expedia it said “self parking” but did not specify the charge. Every morning there was a very loud noise that woke me up. I don’t know if it was construction or what it was but it was very loud. The rooms had water bottles with caps that needed a bottle opener but no bottle opener available. I took my bottles to the front desk and Fasil (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) was kind enough to open them. He was the only one who greeted me every time and was very helpful. Upon my arrival, I was not shown to my room, I asked where to go. The service was not as I expected for a Hilton hotel. There was a cleaning lady, cannot remember her name, but she was very friendly, helpful and kind. Whoever cleaned my room, she was great. My favorite part was the location. Very close to everything I wanted to visit, the shops, the Loretto chapel and the plaza

Perfect location to walk everywhere. The hotel was super clean, lovely comfy big bed, very friendly staff and convenient parking. Only ‘downfall’ was the a/c is not strong - but reception provided a fan so that was great. Would stay again and recommend!
