Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Bath tub was very slippery. You need to put something at the bottom of the tub so no one falls and gets hurt. Otherwise our stay was great.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! This is where we always stay when we come to the Lancaster area. It is ALWAYS clean and cozy. The bed is super comfortable! The employees are so friendly! Looking forward to coming back in May

The hotel is very nice. However there must have been some sort of competition with kids staying there. They were running up and down the hallways knocking on doors at times late into the night and early morning.

Always a pleasure staying here. The kids love the gigantic, heated pool and comfy beds. It’s a shame that their restaurant closed down, the food was delicious. Hopefully they’ll revisit this idea in the future. If you ever find yourself in Lancaster county, you’ve got to stay here.

Great hotel! The front desk staff is very professional and kind and allowed us to check in early due to bad weather. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfy beds! We enjoyed the indoor pool last night, relaxed in the lobby with hot tea and watched football. This morning we will enjoy the free breakfast they offer. Will definitely stay here again!

Old property, very dark room with a tiny window and old furniture. Breakfast is nothing special - just like any other included breakfast. Carpet in hallways is either very dirty or very worn. Very pleasant staff, quiet, great area. Overall, not sure why all this excitement about the property.

The chlorine levels in the pool were exorbitent. My son became ill and threw up. We all have rashes. Multiple people complained to the front desk that their bathing suits got bleached. Three long showers later and we all stink of chlorine. Will never stay here again.

This is the cleanest and nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly, I liked having the 24 hr. coffee in the lobby, it was very close to Kitchen Kettle Village and other stores, the room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable as were the pillows!

What a lovely place to stay. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very sweet desk clerk. We took this trip because my husband has a terminal illness and it could possibly be one of our last vacations away from home. We were relaxed the whole stay. Wanted to say thank you to the same clerk but did not see her again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. The only thing that was really odd about this trip was that they put us in a room for short people. Which is fine, short people need rooms too, but this made the bed extremely low to the ground, my dress hung on the floor when hung up in the closet, and the tub was really low as well. Not a reason to keep us from coming back, just made the comfort level slightly uncomfortable for us because we aren’t too short.

I have stayed here several times and for the most part enjoyed staying here. The complimentary breakfast is always good, the fitness center is ok. The only negative thing is again the hot tub ( water not really hot at all).

This is a truly immaculate property. One of the cleanest, and best cared for port hotels I have stayed in in many years. Probably has something to do with the typically older clientele. Intercourse is a very cute, walkable village with lots of shops featuring locally made Amish wares. The only thing that could have been better were the eating options. Everything within the village seems to close by five or 6 PM at the latest. But that’s OK, many options within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The hotel does have a restaurant with a pretty limited but perfectly acceptable menu. The whole town appears to be alcohol free as well.

Great stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room has a balcony. Within walking distance to kitchen kettle . Very friendly staff. Make you feel welcome. Beautiful rustic decor. Love the fireplace in the lobby and dining room. Was our first stay and will not be our last.

My stay at this property was very enjoyable. It is beautifully decorated and very clean with nice amenities. The staff is very friendly, and the continental breakfast provided has an excellent selection. Its location is also excellent. The only problem I encountered was my TV remote didn’t work. I’m sure this issue could have been resolved with a call to the front desk but it wasn’t that important at the time.
