We were there just for 1 night specifically so we can be close to the airport to catch an early flight the next day. My kids were a bit disappointed they did not have a pool. But it was my fault, I overlooked that when I booked the room. Other than the room, service, and overall experience was nice.

First room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke, which obviously hotel knew about because there was a loud industrial air cleaner running in the room upon arrival. Second room was much nicer. Halls and rooms held a vague musty/mildewy smell that they seem to be trying to cover with a strong lavender scent. Overall decent but basic accommodation, hotel probably will need an update soon. Staff were very pleasant.

Clean, comfortable place to stay for a night before catching a flight. The bed was comfy the room was quiet. This hotel is clean and their front desk clerks are very kind and accommodating. They have menus from surrounding restaurants that offer takeout when their restaurant is closed. Great place to stay and will stay there again. Shuttle to airport was great as well. Driver was very kind.

A cancelled flight meant that I had to rebook my trip, but it was within a 24 hour window. They denied my request for a reimbursement despite staying here days before and choosing to still book with them for my second stay even after my flight cancellation.

I travel for work and find a clean hotel room these days is a miracle. The cleanliness of the room in this courtyard was in my top 3 so far; because of that, I slept like a baby before catching my morning flight to work the following day. Bonus point to the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. Hats off to the housekeeping of this hotel. I will be back.

van did not pick up at airport.. it was freezing. we got a ride with another hotel van who took mercy on us. The heater in the room made a loud sound but we were able to make it stop. Didn't ask for ADA room, but it was fine. Otherwise very comfortable. Should have coffee out early for early am departures.

Great place to stay since it’s clean and new. Very concise of no waste. Restaurant in hotel wasn’t bad. We although had a flashing light over our bed which was annoying but apparently it’s the fire alarm.

I can live with the $6 cup of coffee, but there is no justification for charging $18 a day for parking by the airport in an open lot.

1.The carpets in the hotel smelled terrible and to mask the smell the staff sprayed air fresheners that was very strong. 2. The hotel itself is dated. 3. There was only one person taking orders at the restaurant in the hotel and she was so overwhelmed that it took her an hour to even take my order and an extra 15 minutes for her to give me the order and to top it off the food was cool.

When I made my reservation, I specifically reserved a King bed. When I arrived, I was given the 2 Doubles. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it - they were "Sold Out." I was pretty upset that I did not get the room I reserved. The room with the 2 doubles seemed out dated. Bathroom had an older style tub that leaked all over the bathroom floor and soaked my clothes. About an hour after my arrival, front desk called and said another reservation was canceled and I was able to get my King. The King room was much better. Facilities seemed updated. This is what I originally expected. The condition of the hallways seemed like an older run down apartment - I was very skeptical about choosing this Marriott instead of a Hilton. I wont be staying here again in the future

This hotel looks very nice from the outside and is a good price. Pros for me were that it was very close to the airport, without hearing any planes. It was very quiet and it was clean. Cons, I would say this hotel is outdated and the rooms are pretty small. The bathroom lay out was a bit odd. Windows are not tinted. Cars literally have to park right infront of the rooms, where the sliding door is so anyone can see what you are doing. I didn’t really feel safe there. If I had to stay for more than a couple nights I would have checked out early to another hotel.

I did not use mobile check in but I checked in at the front desk. Around 4am, someone using mobile check in, tried to enter the room. It was a bit scary to be honest. I called the front desk to inform them and they apologized. I was assigned the wrong room at check in. Additionally at check out they apologized but they were not the same workers as those that checked me in. I was told that I should receive a phonecall about what happened as well as free marriott points. I did not receive either so I was a bit disappointed.

The front desk manager Sharmayne Byrd was the rudest angry person I have ever encountered in a hotel situation. They wouldn’t accept my hotels.com reservation. Hotels.com did everything in their power to work with this horrible person and in the end she would not acknowledge the reservation.

Unforeseen circumstances caused me to arrive at the hotel earlier than check in. The very sweet woman at the front desk informed me that she should have something for me after noon. And she was spot on. About 12:30 a room was available. And I was pleasantly surprised about its cleanliness. People don’t tend to do their best work when rushed. The room was clean and I was very pleased.

Don’t be fooled by other online reviews or amenity descriptions. There is absolutely no hot food being served at this location. There is zero food being cooked and served here as implied by the online descriptions. During our visit we had no opportunity to order a hot meal so we just found food elsewhere.

I let the hotel know I would be arriving very late. When I arrived at 2am they didn’t have the double queen room I had booked. Instead they have my party of 4 a king bed room with sleeper sofa. We made it work but it was not comfortable or preferred.

Room has an odor. The thing that I disliked the most was the staff at check in. They were short with me and I showed staff that my online booking included parking on my reservation but they said it didn’t show up in their computer n just charged my card without trying to do anything to help me figure out what the difference in my booking and theirs is. $20 doesn’t mean enough to ruin my night arguing but the rudeness and compleat disregard by the employee wasn’t what I would expect of a Marriott hotel.
