The rooms are spacious and clean however, the carpet had a scent. Staff were friendly and food was good.

Only thing negative I could say is I feel like breakfast was a little lacking, but still better than some other hotels offer.

The location to downtown Concord is what draws us to the Fairfield Inn. The Inn is a comfortable stay for a short period. Only downfall was that the bathroom sink would not hold water therefore had to let it run when washing.

Clean. Considering that it sits right next to a freeway, I found it surprisingly quiet, especially since I asked for a room on the other side. Staff very friendly. The free breakfast is just OK. But the coffee is very good.

Bathroom had not been cleaned well. Hard, dirty facecloth hanging on shower rod. Room smelled musty/smokey.

I have stayed at more than a 100 hotels around the world and this one is the worst so far, in my opinion it shouldn’t eve be carrying the Marriott name because I’ve stayed at some pretty impressive ones throughout Europe. There is a lack of sympathy among their staff, breakfast is served on paper plates witch comes with a perfect match of plastic forks and knifes. My room was on the 3rd floor and there was a very loud noise apparently coming from the central air conditioning system that kept running on and off every 10 minutes and besides that a very noisy ice machine next door. An unpleasant stay that is not gonna happen again!!

Very easy and convenient access to Rt 93.

It worked for what we needed. Property could definitely use some updating.

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious. This is just a mid-route stay on our way up north, so we didn’t do anything in the area that I would comment on.

Nice and comfortable

This was a great hotel for a trip to the White Mtns! The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Easy drive to downtown Concord for dinner.

Comfortable stay and good breakfast but the ac unit kept turning on and off which made it difficult to sleep (it seemed there wasn't an option to keep the ac fan running).

Close to Mt.Washington

I didnt like how they didnt have a microwave in the all the rooms, very inconvenient to warm things up. Very inconvenient because the sink wasnt in the bathroom and you had to touch the door when coming out before watching your hands.

This is a standard Marriott Bonvoy property; the breakfast is quite good, the staff were great, the room is comfortable and clean, and the cost was reasonable. Only negatives are that there are few amenities available (a very limited snack shop, no bar or restaurant)--and the location is perplexing--it is off a main road but situated on a dead end behind what appeared to be a power plant. You would need to drive to get to the restaurant closest by (or walk maybe 1/2-1 mile, but it appeared to be closed already on a Thursday by 10). Would not dissuade anyone from staying here, just would want them to be aware that they need to eat before hand, or be mobile.

It was indicated by Expedia that they had a restaurant. They did not. They did have Continental breakfast. When coming in from the rain being wet and tired we were not looking forward to going back out to eat.

Amenities are limited. No housekeeping, you need to ask for towels, pillows, coffee, empty garbage, etc at front desk and make your own bed. Room carpets dirty, our bare feet were black after showering. Old toilet seats, thin towels, AC wall unit rattled and hummed noisily when running, small bathroom sink vanity are, horrible lighting for mirror area. Refrigerator needed defrosted. One small bar of soap for hand washing. Iron wouldn’t produce steam. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Breakfast items limited, watery eggs, frozen omelets, unknown precooked meat sausage, limited coffee area. We were here for a family wedding. One of our parties discovered their room door lock didn’t function, another found out their reservation was cancelled without their knowledge. Would not stay here again.

Arrival - lots of parking available Check in - went very quickly and very friendly completed in under 5 mins. Room- clean, perfect for what we needed. We were on the front side of the hotel nearest to I-93. I had seen many ppl complain about this. To be honestly as a light sleeper it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Early evening it was busy and loud we thought it would be a long loud night. but by the time we went to bed it was much quieter out there so not overly bothersome my family slept through the night no issues, me being a light sleeper I woke a few times due to louder vehicles passing but overall slept well. Would potentially ask for backside the next time because of being a light sleeper but if only option was front side I’d still stay here. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool - some poeple had mentioned it was very small. Yes it was a smaller pool but at the time we were there we were mostly alone so the pool was actually the perfect size for my 6yo and 2yo to swim around and enjoy in the evening. We were in town for another event so having a pool was a bonus for us. Breakfast - was great lots of options. Check out - was done in less than 30 seconds. Location - ideal close to I-93 close to the downtown Main Street and other shopping options and restaurants. Overall - we would stay here again if ever in the area.
