It’s an average hotel. The service was meh. The room was meh. The beds were not comfortable. I didn’t use any amenities or eat the breakfast. I assumed it was a basic breakfast nothing special. We went up the road to Tucker’s for breakfast and it was excellent.

Everything was as ut should be, clean, room was ready on time, great breakfast, and the pool was nice and warm.

This Hampton Inn offers high value for a reasonable price & exceeded all my expectations.
Rooms are very clean, large, well appointed and quiet. Front desk staff was friendly, professional & had me in my room very quickly.
I highly recommend this Inn!

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room .one complaint though . Not very much toiletries and coffee packetts were limited. Everything out was very good.

I didn't quite understand why the cleaning crew didn't come into our rooms to at least empty wastebaskets. We were there 2 nights. I think I saw a sign that said you should call if you wanted service but I'm used to housekeeping checking each day.

Clean and nicely decorated. However, carpet in the room needed a good cleaning. We heard a noisy compressor from our room and the pool and spa were being renovated so we couldn’t use them.

The staff was very friendly. The room was ready when we arrived and very clean. We came with a small dog who was welcomed in this pet-friendly hotel. Breakfast was very good and had many hot options (two types of pancakes, scrambled eggs, hot cereals, etc.). Unfortunately, the pool and exercise room were closed for renovations but we will certainly come back if we are again in the area.

Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing that c pop ups use improvement is the AC in the room never got very cool (probably hovered around 71°) and it was so humid in the room that the bedding was damp.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and gave me some fruit when I said I was craving it for a bedtime snack. They had other types of snacks available for purchase, but I was so grateful to receive that fresh gift!

The bed was comfortable once you got to the middle. Floors were dirty. Carpet in hallways-terrible looking. No one there when we checked out, with other people. Wouldn’t choose again.

the front desk people were unpleasant, the key had to be re-activated every time we left the room. Peeling paint, very poor hot water in shower. Walls are paper thin. Some areas had fans blowing to dry carpet. Pool was out of order, I could go on and on

very convenient for our needs, near enough to all locations but not too busy . Had a group of Tourist that last night who were very loud and not even observing others were around them and my complaint to the front desk went nowhere .
Would not stop me from booking again other than that 1 night all was great !

My problem has to do with the promised amenities, not being white, was actually provided. It was no available pool or fitness center has advertised. Room was not cleaned during our five day. We had to remind the staff at least two times to empty the trash and provide new towels. This is important because of my handicap. However, the room was very acceptable, but the services were not provided.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised that there was a pool. We have a 3&4 yr old who were very excited about the pool. We got to the hotel and the pool is closed for “maintenance “ It was not advertised on hotels.com that it was not operational. We would have not stayed here had we known. The cost of the room was still the same even though the pool was closed. Would have appreciated a discount since not all the amenities listed were offered

Our visit was good as usual except we were charged twice for the visit. Apparently your computer system is flawed and I am not happy this has not been corrected. We stay with you at least 4 times per year but this was an unfortunate issue that has not as yet been resolved to my satisfaction. We may consider changing hotels in the future.
