The pool should be open later than 8PM.

River side is nice.
Don’t fall into the trap of buying the executive lounge breakfast. Totally not worth it. Expensive with very limited selection and food is served cold. I believe at $40, i had the most expensive croissant and coffee, as the only edible food.
If you have a car the valet park service is lousy.

My family went to Quebec City and stayed at The Hilton for 3 days as a mini vacation. The hotel is in a great location-( close to all the old city tourist area). The hotel is stylish, spotless, welcoming and efficient. Our room had very comfortable beds and and lovely view of the parliament Blds. The room had beautiful modern decor and was spotless. The downstairs resturant had great food ( though pricy). The outdoor pool people said was warm and relaxing though we didn’t go in it.( my family chose to go outdoor ice skating near the old wall- ( you can rent skates in a warm change room for great price and skate to music in a beautiful outdoor rink). There is a wonderful “ Tuck Shop” in the back of the hotel lobby with fantastic high end gourmet take away food,( gourmet sandwiches, pastries, take away wine, even fun candy for the kids and yummy fudge ). Lots of laptop plug in sitting areas in the lobby too. Very friendly helpful door people.
Perfect vacay stay! Thank- you all for making our stay such a surprising delight.

We were able to upgrade at a good cost and the room was amazing. Gave us room for a family of four and was very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The only thing that made it less than a 5 star stay was the very long wait for elevators. With the volume of people the hotel holds there needs to be more elevators so you’re not waiting a half hour. This was problematic several times throughout the weekend, but especially since people delivering food cannot come upstairs and by the time you’d be able to get downstairs to pick things up, food would be cold.
Microwaves need to be added to the rooms as well.
Otherwise we had a fabulous weekend!

All was good. Unfortunately the hotel gives no water bottle in the room you have to buy it. It’s very to believe that we are in 2024 and hotels still don’t give water bottle to drink water in the room as complimentary.

There were a lot of loud and excited children during our 3 day stay. There was a hockey tournament as well as school trips. No food options within a block of the hotel - so you either walked 2-6 blocks or ate at the hotel. Consierge was great and very helpful.

Such a great hotel! The room was beautiful as well as very clean. The location of this hotel allowed us to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! No need for a rental car! A taxicab was always at idle at the entrance, which was a plus, too. I highly recommend Quebec City and I would stay here again.

Our family loved the location relative to old town Quebec, it's a short walk. The pool was very warm and the dry sauna allowed for even greater warming! The room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators are fast. The kids loved the game room too.

Property is walking distance to Old Quebec. Garage parking accessible without having to go outside. Bar makes excellent cocktails, too.

Nice hotel, too bad the self parking only allows a certain number of in's and out's.

The Hotel was beautiful and well situated for a weekend in Quebec City. We had intended for a quiet night in but when we called for room service at 9:30pm we were told the kitchen was closed. We had a very comfortable stay but had expected more from a Hilton property.

We didn’t like the rooms were very small, and crowded, we didn’t like that it was only one restaurant in the hotel… and very expensive!

The restaurant and menu were a little disappointing.
Staff was helpful.

We stayed in a Premium River view King suite and loved the corner view from the 18th floor. The room is comfortable and spacious with a very large and super nice round glass dinning table. We opted for valet parking which was generally good except the first day . We had to wait just over 25 minutes for our car. My only real complaint is the limited room-service menu. The menu for the hotel restaurant (Cabu) is even worst. Very exotic ingredients... The only thing I ate was the French onion soup minus the duck(gross) which was good. Definitely not a familly friendly menu by any means.

Stayed there with my wife and son over chrismas for 3 nights. The Room was very small. It hardly fi/٠|t the two queen beds. There was no couch or space to move accept for a small bench which we used for the suitcase as there was no otter space for that. There was a small patio table and chair which you could not use because due to lack of space. We felt cramped into a very small space. They said breakfast was $36/person/day but it went up to $48 on Xmas day without prior warning. The cafe wae also over priced.
The place is 4 starts but feels like 3 starts or less. It is overpriced. No character or charm. I staye d in small boutique hotels in the old city before and I had a better experience there. This place looks and feel too comercial. The reception area is always very busy and noisy. That said, it is close to the old city and within a walking distance from major atrractions.

Everything is excellent

Perfect location, excellent and friendly staff (all around), clean property.
Improvements: game room could be improved and also be kept open after 11 pm.
Also charging for early check in ($50 for 3 hrs prior to check in time) is a bid absurd because the room was already available.

The location is very close to old Quebec City. Hard to parking around but the distance is ok for walk to center of old Quebec City .

We understand the property was busy during Christmas, but the service was confusing. Asked for slipper and toothbrush the first day as we are check-in, it was out of stock, I specifically said we would like a pair once in stock and the front desk said OK. The next day, I called for it, the staff said Yes, we will send it to the room. But Only the toothbrush, I called again and it was out of stock again. The same night I asked for the third time, still no slippers.
There is no bottled water in the room, and the front desk charges 2.99 for 1, and just hand it face to face, not send to the room.
The parking was also not pleasant, $22 per day will only get you 1 exit a day, the staff explained that for $32 we can get unlimited time exits self-parking and it was the same price for velvet parking.
Bathroom facilities was the worst I’ve seen in years, the switch has to be really tightened to stop the the water drip, so next time using it will be extra hard to open, and to close it. Very poor quality. Also the body shampoo is at the sink, away and separated from the shower, doesn’t make sense.

If you want to start your stay with a 2 hours lineup as you can only see in airport, this is the place to go.
3.0
The hotel was okay, the elevators were an absolute pain, we must have wasted at least an hour over the two days just trying to leave the building, staff ended up having to take us using service elevators more than once. It really made an otherwise nice stay a chore as we thought twice about whether we wanter to go out for a walk or do other activities as we knew it will take a frustratingly long time to exit the building.
