Was good ran out of hot water after one shower and bath tub was really shallow

Several bugs of different types in the unit. Fortunately, I was not there much.

Good hotel for family travel, the people were attentive and the room was clean, they need to check better the appliances because the microwave had no plate inside

Loved how orderly, clean the room and stay was

The construction on the property is messy with a lot of standing water. We didn’t notice this on our last stay, it was very obvious this stay. Also found out if there wasn’t construction we’d have to pay $12 a night for parking. I don’t think we should have to pay for parking for a stay in Bothell WA

The breakfast on the 24th was very good, we loved having a fireplace, and a separate bedroom.
We didn’t care for the breakfast this morning on the 26th, it was disappointing.

Full kitchen. Nice size room

Currently under renovation. Also noise from surrounding rooms carries easily. Can hear doors, foot steps and conversations.

Great stay!

The property is under construction so it looks pretty run down. There was some garbage left in our room when we checked in but other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Overall, a great place to stay. It was well located near I-405 which makes it easy getting around Seattle, but everywhere I needed to go required a car (don't expect to walk anywhere).

The hotel was pretty run down.
There was zero parking available, and we were told to park in the business park next door. There were stains on the carpet, the wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom, the door was scraping against the floor so you could barely shut it and the door also had pieces falling off of it. We noted we had a total of 4 guests in the room but were only given one pillow for the pullout bed. and one blanket.

The staff made me feel beyond welcome!

We were mostly disappointed.
Ice maker had been removed which seemed to surprise front desk.
The room smelled musty/moldy when we checked in and room was quite cold.
We were hurrying out to dinner so we opened windows and left. 4 hours later room smelled worse. It seemed to be coming through the air system so we shut it off. Guessed filthy air filters? Smell finally dissipated after 2:30am. Needless to say, restless night with open windows and no air flow. Deep cleaning needed, webs in places, rusty vent in bathroom, stains on ceiling. We liked the location and hope these issues were unique to 215. Unfortunately we were very aware of people above us as well.

It was a decent hotel for a night stay

Nice room, reasonable rate, great staff

Ran out of breakfast food everyday of our stay. Even waffle batter. Eggs, oatmeal, sausage. Last day, no eggs, waffle batter, vegan sausage, youghurt, oatmeal (just a little). The servers who were wonderful and kind and embarrassed said they cook what they get that day.our stay was 5 days. They ran out daily.

Although advertised as pet friendly, the cleaning staff would not enter our room even after we introduced her to our small, friendly dogs. We had to empty our own trash and get our towels. The bed was only remade once in our weekly stay due to this.

Inside was nuce but some of the plants and grass outside were thirsty

We loved the location; very convenient and quiet. The breakfast is not really a breakfast and we were charged for on site parking.

The rooms are set up like mini apartments, its nice to have a room for each bed or have the kids sleep on the pull-out in the living room for space and privacy. The only weird thing is the bathroom is only accessed through the bedroom. We stayed three nights and had to ask for a room change after the first night because they originally put us on the bottom floor, and we could hear every footstep from the people above us, and when they flushed the toilet, it sounded like a flood was going to come through the ceiling. My boyfriend fixed two doors while we were there because they stuck on the hinge and made too much noise when opened/closed. The pullout couch in the living room in the first room was broken and very uncomfortable for our 16-year-old son to sleep on.

The morning breakfast was empty by 930 am and was not able to eat.

The property was fine a little noisy but that was the people staying there. I didn't like that i had to pay daily for parking . The breakfast was decent as was the location. All in all i was a pretty good experience.

We've stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. This time we were put into a room that had old carpet and an air conditioning system that did not work making our stay very uncomfortable. The hotel fixed the air conditioning three times, and each time it failed to even turn on after a couple of hours . . .additionally, even though we have been Marriott rewards members for decades, because we made our reservation through a third party (because the room rate was at least $75 a night cheaper) the front desk did not want to work with us on our room issues. All in all it was a frustrating stay.

Completely dishonorable and deplorable treatment of customers.
The hotel canceled my reservation as I was getting on the plane to fly cross country to go to the hotel...
I booked the hotel two months in advance as part of the planning for a family vacation to the area. As I am on my way to the airport, I get a message that my reservation had been cancelled... nothing else, just cancelled... no attempt to reach out to me, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing... not even an apology for the inconvenience...
While unsuccessfully scrambling to find other accommodations for me and my family, I was told that for very busy weekends (when demand is high) hotels often cancel reservations that were booked at a lower price so that the room can be resold at a higher price. I don’t know if that is what happened in this case but with Taylor Swift in town it makes me suspicious. Anyway, the treatment by this hotel is so terrible that I will never be booking with Marriott again...
Was able to find a hotel 117 miles away near Vancouver BC.... thanks Marriott...

I have mobility issues -- the room was ground floor, easy to access, spacious, and with parking immediately outside the door. Couldn't ask for more.

We were disappointed with the the hot full breakfast both mornings as the hotel was short staffed and there was only 1 employee to prepare the breakfast items, clean up the room, wash dishes, etc. Nothing against the employee as they were doing their best but we ended up having to wait so long to get coffee and food items that we gave up. The hotel should not say that they offer a full hot breakfast included in the per night pricing when they can't fulfill this promise to deliver. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation upgrades as it is looking pretty tired.

Nice room clean.

Nice quiet place….overlooking a pond, surrounded by trees with nice walkways. the staff take good care of you. It’s very low-key.

This property has been very well maintained over the many years it’s been around. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of room to spread out. There’s a fireplace for which the little onsite store has logs and it was fun to have an old-fashioned fire. I was n contact with the staff a couple of times and they are super helpful and friendly. They clearly care about their customers and they go out of their way to help. I would definitely go back.

I have stayed at the hotel before, had a nice clean room. That weekend my family came in to visit and we all stayed in the same hotel in a larger room until monday. That room was terrible: door knobs not working, faucet with loose handle, burn marks in the bathroom, mold on the windows, and vent dust on the ceiling.
Do like the trail behind the spot

Clean with a lot of space

Comfortable bed, nice sized rooms for $. I had to find the trash cans to use them, and there was no recycle cans.

Convenient location. Room furnishings and interiors are dated and in need of freshening up.

The reception really helpful, he gave me perfect room area..meaning, really closer to the lobby ( front of the lobby ). It was make me feel comfortable because I stay alone.
But feel bad because the key take a long time to open the door, the door need fix it.

The property was undergoing work outside the buildings making it a muddy mess. The suite itself was good, I had a hard time getting the place to heat up. Very quiet. We stayed in the building on the back side and it felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. Frost desk staff during check-in and check-out was nice.
