I chose this location because I've stayed here before. The hotel is located in close proximity to Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland and Redmond. I was visiting friends in those locations. Also, it is very quiet because the hotel is in a semi-residential area surrounded by trees. There is easy access to SR 522, I405 and other major highways, but it is also easy to get around without getting on any highway. It's a short drive to any of the aforementioned locations with restaurants, stores, etc. It's a very convenient location while being shielded from highway noise. The bathroom was sparkling clean as was the room. The bed was very comfortable and having a couch to sit on while watching TV at night made the room more comfortable.

Because I was traveling without my spouse, I would have preferred a room on the second floor or above. I don't like to be on the ground floor when I'm traveling alone. Next time, I will remember to make that request - it wasn't the hotel's fault because I didn't ask. The floor isn't carpeted which doesn't bother me because the room was clean; however, for that reason, it's good to have slippers or clogs with you.

Breakfast is not actually included for the entire party, nor for each day of the stay as assumed when booking and seeing breakfast included. Major disappointment. Clean, nice room, but tv didn’t work. Not too far from Seattle.
