Hotel location was great for Disney to walk or use the Disney Toy Story carpark bus. Pool was nice and towels provided Requested several times about the broken safe and bulb not working and it was never fixed. The website also promotes free WiFi but it is only for members.

Hotel was overall great, delicious margaritas from the bar, and the pizza place slice was amazing. A couple of negatives we experienced were the hot tub was closed, and it was a main reason we booked this hotel, and the second thing was that the hotel elevators are cool, but so loud that we could hear them in our room and we were at least four rooms away from them. Luckily I had ear plugs.

The hotel is very spartan, it was chaotic on check-in with the convention scene spilling from the bar into the lobby like a club type, meat market, scene. Parking was expensive, even self park, and apart from the first impression of the lobby, the hotel was very bare bones. From the lobby elevator to the room floors, the elevator lets you out seemingly in the back end no use area of the hotel before you wind your way into a the section of rooms. The rooms are utilitarian at best, vinyl plank flooring, no real decorations, very sterile.

Excellent choice of hotel right next to the Anaheim Convention Center. Offers excellent parking options (extra charge) and coffee bar to recharge or get going in the morning.

Connection to internet was difficult. Windows were extremely dirty. And in the morning (from 6:30 am) it was very noisy due to some protest (which I am not sure why guest have to suffer)

Excellent service and housekeeping. Downside is expensive parking for guests and long walk to car park through convention centre on ground floor and the room key card access to car park only worked twice in a whole week despite having a new set re-issued.

I was placed in room 743 in the rooms above the conference rooms. As soon as we checked in, we started hearing screaming and cursing coming from the room 742 next to us. I reported it to the front desk, but no action was taken. The second time I called to complain as the cursing and pushing and screaming got intense. I was notified that security has been engaged. Although when the situation did not improve, I went downstairs and spoke to the Manager personally and he promised to take action. I requested that either this matter be addressed, or my room be moved. My stay was terrible for me and my family as we continued to experience screaming, cursing and banging noise coming from the room next to us. No action was taken to resolve the matter, even after receiving a call from the manager that he was handling the situation.

Stayed at the Marriott with family for the holidays this year. The bar and their restaurant had excellent food. Had the short rib flautas and they were AMAZING!! The hotel overall is really nice. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only area that needs improvement is with some of the staff at Check-In. Although I called the day prior to our Check-In requesting my rooms were on the same floor, it appeared to be a challenge to their front desk staff to make the accommodation;however, in the end the change was made.

My family's experience with Anaheim Marriott Hotel is okay. I cannot say it is good or excellent. I was expecting free breakfast and free parking but information in Expedia says, 'breakfast available' and 'parking available'. This word 'available' is very confusing and should be direct to the point that either you have it or not. This is an expensive hotel but a parking rate of $30 per day excluding tax is too much.

The hotel was clean, great condition. They have restaurants and convenient store inside. Everything you needed is there. Is walking distance to everything. Ryan at the front desk was great! He went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. We stayed 8 nights, our overall experience was great! Will come back here again. We just love Anaheim Marriott! I would recommend to everyone. Everyone here are friendly, from housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Would never forget America (server) she was awesome as well! To the security who helped us with our luggage, he has kind and helpful. Thank you Anaheim Marriott for your kindness and hospitality.

Location is great close to theme park but I went with my three teenagers. I booked double queen room and the rooms have full size beds not queen. We were very uncomfortable. I called to ask about bigger beds and they said that’s standard queen for hotel. I travel quite frequently and never have I received full when booking queens.

Disney Bus connectivity was very less. Receptionist were very urgent, there was not proper gesture like Marriott that I saw in other cities.
