The hotel is nice. Its not 5 star but you are also not paying for 5 star... Its clean but dated. I see people complaining online about the smell but it wasn't bad. Just peoples food smelling and all different types... Outside seems a little sketchy as there are lots of construction guys but really nothing to complain about. I stayed twice now and already booked two more stays as I am working nearby for a little while. Service has been great!

The carpeting in hallway and in room was stained and dirty. The hotel smelled awful. A bag of garbage was left in the room closet. The ice bucket had the previous occupants’ trash inside. The shower was dirty with hair all over the floor. The shower head didn’t work properly. The toilet made a high pitched noise every time we flushed. We booked for two yet there was only one face cloth. The light fixtures were filthy and covered in dust. Overall a revolting experience.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, Pool area was very dirty-clumps of hair in pool, cloudy, hot tub was so hot that you couldn’t get in it, possible broken temperature, floors were dirty (did I mention I was the second person to arrive when pool opened in the morning).. pull out bed was awful, kids complained how bad the springs were in their backs.. gentlemen that delivered extra bedding to our room was excellent… However I wouldn’t stay at this place again or recommend to others due to the lack of cleanliness

Older hotel nothing fancy. The room was dusty and smelled old. Found a k cup coffee pod behind the curtain although tje room didnt have a kurrig coffee maker. The attached restaurant isnt worth going to

The room next to me are very noisy, we did not sleep well, the carpet in my room smells dirty,the batroom where the sink is the wood are damage,the lady at the fron desk not friendly and we ask another towel shes not happy about it.

1 Location. 2. Cleanliness. 3 Comfort (get a king size suite with the giant bathtub. You won’t regret it.) 4 Value. 5 Staff. All outstanding. You can walk to ALL Downtown landmarks, shopping, sports, restaurants and bars, nightclubs, art + theatre, Old Montreal, Metro, and parking. Oh yeah - so quiet and safe and secure you feel like you’re the only people there - in a good way. Highly recommend. ✨👍

We have reasonable suspicion that the housekeeping staff never changed the bedding, causing us to be bitten by unknown bugs and unable to sleep all night. If we hadn't been in a hurry to go to the United States early in the morning to do business, we would have definitely asked the hotel to compensate us.

Tired Décor. They tried to fob me off initially with room servicing every 3rd day only. But in fairness once I raised the issue they serviced my room every day. The on-site restaurant was closed throughout the duration of my stay. Location is a bit out of the way - you definitely need a car

The room was dirty! The bathroom floor was dirty! I found short hairs on the bed and on the pillowcase! Also, there were dirt and spots on the bedside table! I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a clean place!

The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and very outdated. We were in am accessible room. We had to go though 3 door which we had to open ourselves. If my husband had been by himself he would’ve had extreme difficulty getting to his room

We appreciated how we were upgraded to a king suite when our two double bed room was not available. When we went up to our room, we could smell marijuana in the halls and again first thing in the morning. We did not have a tv remote but after calling the front desk, they brought us one. As far as bedding for the pull-out, the fitted sheet, sheet and blanket is not enough so I would suggest a comforter as well.

Hotel was one of the dirtiest we've seen. Bathroom awful, sheets had stains on them, and horrible fish smell from fridge. Cleaning came and cleaned the fridge but did not improve it at all, whole room stunk, and the said the couldnt switch our room as they were full. No reduction on the cost.

I booked 3 rooms and they were over booked and they made us sleep on mattress on the floor. They should be ashamed to call this dirty and unfriendly motel a hotel.

I believe most people chose this hotel for its affordable price. You may expect what you paid for. Several things you may want to know before you book. First, the staff was really cold in this hotel. Second, I was bothered by the noises created by rooms nearby. Third, the room and bath were very clean. Lastly, no complementary breakfast was offered.

Compared to Country Inn and Suits by Radison at Niagara Falls, only thing that was better in comparison was the bed. Bed comfort was 4/5 at the Markham location. Otherwise, this location did not come with continental breakfast we were hoping for.

The room was ok - overall the furnishings seemed pretty new and nice for this price point although the wood under the sink had some major damage and the carpet was definitely noticeable old and tired. In the negative - there was some party in their banquet hall and it was very loud until 11 pm. They have parking all around the building hit when I asked where else I can enter The building since there was no parking at the front entrance they said the from entrance is the only way in. Clearly wrong as I found at least one other entrance in the rear that was not locked even past 10pm. Also they have signs everywhere saying 11 am checkout yet I get an automated text in the morning from the hotel saying 12 noon is checkout. If you need a cheap room for a night this is a good choice but don’t expect too much.

The staff gave me a room at the first floor's entrance when they have other available rooms in the same type and I saw him give a room to the couple after me. The room is noisy because everybody will pass by when they get in or out.

room had a fan that could wake up a neighbor and toilet seat you could fall off of. hot tub and sauna had no temperture conntrol like bath water.sauna could not produse any steam.restraunt was frozen food.

We came here knowning check Out would be 12 but front desk said they changed it to 11 today about didn’t even offere to extend for us and my booking actually is till 12 washroom in the shower was broken it fell down as we opened it to shower
