Check in person friendly and helpful. Room window faces parking lot and curtains didn't fully cover window for privacy. Two bugs found by/in sink. Dispatched and left for housekeeping. Rest of room clean, bed comfortable.

The place was cold and dirty the room had no heat or A/C controls in the room. There was cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedding smelt old and moldy wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this hotel honestly want my money back but know thats probably not n option

Room was not clean. No ability to chain the door. Very hard to communicate and understand attendant working at counter. I left and drove 3 hours back home.

This was a hotel that should not be open at all. The halls were dirty, our room was disgusting garbage on the floor behind the TV, the room stunk , there was animal hair in my aunt's bed, the sheet was black as in dirty. I would not recommend this place to stay it was a HUGE nose dive.

The young gentlemen who checked us in was extremely nice and chatted with us a little, but unfortunately the good ends there. Based on previous reviews and the way the staff responded, Im a little nervous to leave one myself, however, we would not stay here again and I highly encourage you to check elsewhere. Our room was pretty run down and dingy and smelled musty. There were two ants crawling up and into the ceiling on the wall next to the bathroom. I got a picture of one of them. And we got some other pictures of the condition of the room. We were very uncomfortable. Your comfort and rest is worth the extra money!

Change price once I got there started asking for deposit and I’m from out of town needed a place to stay for the night had to sleep in my car outside until I left the next morning will not recommend unless you wanna pay a deposit plus how Eva much the room is

the dryer said it was commercial it should have dryer my load of cloths in a 60 minute cycle but it barely did it in 120 minutes they always had coffee all day which was nice. they also had treats for breakfast which was something.

The hall smelled like urine. There were bugs in the bathroom, there was hair left in the shower. The toilet was unclean. Didn't dare take off our shoes. The room itself had an air freshener scent (bad air freshner) that was so strong and bad. It permeated our sinuses and clothing. When we left- our clothes and everything felt dirty and smelled like the room.

Not a place for a vacation, but perfect if you just want a clean bed for the night. We got what we paid for. It was fairly clean, but aged paint and grout, etc. Bedspread had pulled threads, but was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were fully satisfied.

Cheap accommodations you get what you pay for, night staff is very nice and friendly. Front desk woman can be unnecessarily aggressive when dealing with guests. Do not call my phone and ask if I’m going to rebook a room if I choose to I will. Do not bark at my wife when she asks for housekeeping services. Most hotels offer that daily and if your hotel doesn’t then that information should be vastly posted.

The toilet didn’t work or the heat. Also saw cockroaches. On my paper it said in Large print “Non-Refundable “, so I knew they were aware of the issues and aren’t worried about it.

The hotel, the rooms stinks!!!!!!!! Can control the room temperature and it’s was hot as you know what in there. the management( lack there of) was unapologetic and uncaring! i will never, ever stay or recommend the piece of garbage to anyone!!! take it off the list!

My room was clean and pretty big. Bed was comfortable and tv was Dish Network. I had eggs and sausage and coffee from the dining room for breakfast and it was great! Staff was laid back and nice. I had no problem getting a later checkout time.

One of the most disgusting hotels I have stayed in by far. The room was so dirty and the heating/ ac didn't work in the room. So when we arrived it was a sauna in the room and smelled horrible when asked for a different room was told by the front desk that they where fully booked (there where a total of 5 cars there all night) and to just open the window. They didn't have a breakfast like advertised just overall a disappointed and disgusted with it and would NEVER stay again.

I would not note good cleanliness and convenience. There were problems with charging gadgets due to ancient electrical outlets. The TV didn't work. And to hell with it!

Shower was great. Rooms were clean. But, the marijuana smoking was horrible. The hallway was hazy it was so thick. We ended up laying wet towels under the doorway to block the smoke from coming in.

Air quality in the hotel room was horrible; smoky and stale. Bathroom floor was slippery from products used for attempting to clean. The carpet was sticky and musty. Pillows didn’t have pillow cases but over washed pilly duvet covers. Front staff did not make a warm welcome. Definitely a hotel that you get what you pay for. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Enjoyed an easy check in. We had to wait in line as two others were also checking in. No problems. Comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet location and coffee in the morning. What else can you ask for?

Well, that was very little air conditioning in my room, virtually, no breakfast, except coffee, and things you can buy off the shelf in a store. My refrigerator did not have a freezer and I’m not sure it was working correctly. I guess the only good thing was the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The not so good was access to the motel. Nothing the motel had control over other than a little notification, part of the access road is missing. Other than that everything was okay, very outdated, wifi was great, tv was about as small as you could get without buying a computer monitor, beds were mediocre at best. Certianly not what I would say "Americas Best Value". For the money I have stayed in much better places.

Pure trash. Property, desk staff, and the room. Not only trash but i specifiaclly reserved an ADA room on forst floor due to my mothers disabilities and was booked on the 2nd floor. No accomodations were possible on their end. Not remotely as advertised. PURE TRASH.
