The hotel was very clean and I had a great experience. I slept well - the beds are comfortable and the room is large and has everything you need. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Could not get the shower to fully come on. Very very small swimming pool and spa. Strange front desk, it highlighted a little store featuring a $4 cup of coffee.

Welcoming and clean property! Front desk staff even asked if we would like a couple extra towels as he saw we had our daughters along coming from a basketball tourney. Nice pool area. Will definitely stay again.

Fastest check-in process I’ve seen probably ever. Very nice steakhouse restaurant that’s very casual attached to the hotel. Excellent food. Easy access to all of the hallways. Great place.

For this location being a new hotel, I was surprised to find out the terrible structure of the property. They floors are plywood and not concrete and you WILL hear EVERY person walking on the floor above you. I called down and asked Walter to call up to the person above me, which he graciously did. The person above me responded with a loud THUD on the floor to retaliate. So in order for me to not go to jail from throttling the dude, I went down and got a new room. So, thank you to Walter for that. The new room, I could hear every word verbatim from the TV in the room next to me. The joining rooms have TERRIBLE audio silencing. So, be prepared for a horrendous night of sleep at this site

The Maverick restaurant is great. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The refrigerator is in a cabinet that is not ventilated and it uses a lot of energy in order to stay cold. I left the cabinet door open so it didn't run continuously. The walls seemed thin I could hear normal talking.

It was great when we arrived early and they put us in a room before check in, then, the room floor was sticky there was something sticky on the desk and my purse got stuck to it, went to shower and the faucet and shower had water pouring out which made water pressure horrible, the ironing board was literally broken like the bolts weren't even bolted i did call down and housekeeping came with another right away, but this morning at 9 am the housekeeper knocked and instantly came in thank god the doors top lock was locked, she said sorry but i didnt understand the 9 am? Check out was 11? The common areas are beautiful and clean but hallways and rooms were very lacking.

Excellent hotel with a great location. My only complaints would be the room location and shower. The room was near the front desk and the pool and the elevators; not great for sleeping. We were given an accessible room, which would have been ok except the regular shower head didn’t work.

Stayed one night during a road trip. The staff was so friendly. The room was clean and modern. Everyone made a welcoming fuss over our German Shepherd.

Nice hotel with a nice bar/ restaurant attached. Newer property nice and clean. Only complaints are bad shower head with no water pressure and the pillows are a little too thin. Like all hotel rooms these days the walls are thin and no noise barriers. But would stay again next time im in Saint cloud

Appreciated very much the ability to check in early for a small fee. I was exhausted after traveling overnight. The room was extremely clean very roomy and the front desk staff was very accommodating. When the Keurig ran out of coffee pods they delivered more to my room immediately.

People were banging on the walls. Stomping from the floor above. Workers outside our room at 5 am yelling and talking extremely loud.

The room I was in was very noisy. Anyone who walked by sounded like they were in my room and the elevator echoed. I could hear the conversation from the room next to me as if I were sitting next to them and unfortunately they stay up a lot late than me. This is very different than past experience. I chose to stay here again because it’s always been very quiet. This is my first time on the first floor

The front desk people were never present. They would check in guests then disappear into a room behind the counter. The hot tub was broken, when I commented that is too bad my husband was looking forward to it, they stated, sorry and moved into the secret room.

The stay at the hotel was very good. The bar that is attached was terrible. The lights in there were so bright my transition glasses darkened. Then we received “last call” at 20 minutes to 10 pm. Good thing there’s a Texas Roadhouse and a Grizzly’s close by.

Property was great. Very clean and room was modern and bright. Only complaint is the temp controls did nothing in the room at night so it got too warm for us. Otherwise great property will stay again!

Everything was really clean, bright and open. Our room was really quiet and the ac kicked out really cold air. We saw a concert at the Ledge which was about a mile away. The bar/restaurant next door had great food and service too. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
