Good location walking distance to restaurants. Has airport shuttle which is great! I arrived early and they allowed me to check in early. Front desk staff were friendly. My stay included breakfast and the breakfast staff didn’t seem to want to make the breakfast. That was the only issue.

We rented the room for 6 people when we arrived they said they couldn’t accommodate 6 per room. They said we could try to make the room that has 2 beds and a pullout couch work. The furniture was filthy and the glass sliding door was closed. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice property, but for the price I expected better (newer) accommodations. The rooms were clean and well kept, though, and the staff at the breakfast bar was fantastic. The front desk staff were not the most helpful, but we only stayed one night.

The room was ok. The noise was loud . Other guests were in the hallway and noisy. The traffic was also kind of loud. the staff were nice.the shuttle driver didn't drop us off by the right place at the airport so we had quite the walk.

Had a good stay but was not entirely satisfactory. Was there in August 2023. It was great and more satisfying experience then. Wasn’t happy with staff experience this time. There was no warmth, no eagerness to help guest.

This hotel is fantastic. Clean, well located near airport (you will hear some planes). You will get charged for parking. The pool is fantastic (warm in the winter).

The airport shuttle service was great both ways. A bit of a wait at the airport upon arriving in MIA but great service overall. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is clean but very dated. It definitely needs some TLC. A little disappointing for a Marriott hotel.

It was pretty basic. I didn't like that the staff had a drunk person when we checked in the evening. I didn't like that the bathtub was dirty. The carpets can use a deep clean. It didnt seem clean at all. I won't stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and our experience was great. Everything at this hotel was top notch. From facilities to the service provided by the staff members was exceptional. We were allowed to check out a bit late (as a new years gift)as our flight time changed. If i was to sum up my experience in one word then it would be fabulous! Thanks everyone at Courtyard Doral!!

When I arrived at the airport I called the hotel and they said they were on the way . It's a 20 minute drive from the hotel to the airport . 1 hour and 45 minutes later they finally showed up . The hotel offered to take me to the City Plaza to eat and they said just call and we'll come pick you up, when I called they said they had other things going on they couldn't come pick me up and it was a 45 minute walk back to the hotel.

Never think to rent this hotel if you have kids! This hotel is nasty the rooms smells bad is old and they charge you like a hotel 5 stars I payed almost $500 for 2 nights and I stayed 0 because when I arrived to this hotel I couldn’t stayed for the bad condition of the room I decided to leave and look for something else and this hotel now they don’t want to give my money back so I done paying for so

We ecently stayed at Courtyard Miami Airport West/Doral, and it turned out to be a series of frustrating and disappointing experiences, starting from the online check-in to the breakfast service. The initial trouble began with the online check-in process. The link provided by the hotel simply didn't work, negating the convenience this feature usually offers. This issue set a precedent for what was to come. Upon arriving at Miami Airport, we expected a smooth courtesy coach service for our transfer to the hotel. Contrarily, it required several follow-up calls and the coach arrived significantly late, especially inconvenient given our midnight arrival. One would expect better coordination and timeliness for airport transfers, a basic service by a hotel in a major city like Miami. Adding to our woes, upon reaching the hotel, the staff seemed utterly unaware of our booking. Despite having a confirmation from Expedia, the hotel couldn't recognize our reservation. The confusion and lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia were not only inconvenient but also left us feeling stranded in the middle of the night. The next morning, the breakfast experience further contributed to our disappointment. With only one or two staff members serving made-to-order breakfast, the service was extremely slow. Considering the high room rates and additional charges for breakfast, this was unacceptable. The breakfast options were not only limited but also lacked the variety one would expect.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Location was good. My arrival was awesome- very stressful jorney in and i easmet witha BIG SMILE and positivity. It completely changed my attitude and reminded me of choosing happiness.

What we most like is that the hotel is close to many amenities. The Hotel will need to upgrade some of the facilities on the rooms, like AC and bathrooms.

We moved to this hotel after a terrible experience. Totally loved it and finally had time to relax. Room was perfect for size. The halls were smelled really nice. Bed was comfy. And everything was clean! Def would go back there if we make another trip. Recommend it to everyone.
