The hotel is under construction and the wifi kept going down. We were never told the hotel was under construction.

Room was a handicapped room with no lighting and smelt like severe BO. One elevator did not work and the other felt like it was going to jam. The cook didn’t show one morning so there was no hot breakfast. Not enjoyable at all.

It was great. The only problem was the housekeeper came in around 8:30 and asked if we were leaving soon...checkout was at 11. She knocked first but came in before we could answer.

I have stayed at the Doubletree before and it’s always been a good experience. This particular room did not have any cups or glasses for water. It was clean. There was no comforter or bedspread on the bed. Some of the light switches did not work for charging phone batteries. Overall, it felt just like a generic hotel room and not anything special.

This is an older property - staff was great - furniture needs updating - chair in room was comfortable but worn - bathroom needs updating - lighting fixtures are basic - need charging docks. Beds were comfortable and tons of pillows. Had a great time in the bar/restaurant.

A great weekend stay, vsiting my daughter up at college. Safe convenient staff was very attentive from check in to check out. Thank you to Jamilla, who greeted us with a smile and a listing of all amenities available.

Hi the staff who worked on 2/4/24 at 9:00am was completely rude. She asked us to leave and was being vulgar when check out wasn’t until 12:00 pm as a staff she should know that and clearly did not. Super inappropriate and ghetto

There are newer hotels in the area that are likely in better shape than this hotel. It’s old, smells old, and looks dingy. I don’t recommend staying here especially since it isn’t less expensive. Our bathroom sink didn’t have a drain cover, not to mention the drain was very slow to drain. So not recommend.

Every easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The Japanese restaurant across the road is amazing and nice that we could walk. All the staff was so nice and the rooms were clean. Only negative thing is that the bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door all the way because of the toilet. Also, I'm not sure if it's because we were close to the elevator or not but it was so loud all night. Felt like you could hear everything outside the room

I checked in at 8:30pm. Front desk staff was very friendly. I got my complimentary cookie which was warm still! Room is clean. Bed is much more comfortable than Marriott courtyard in Amherst which is where I usually stay since it’s next to campus. Also there is a large screen TV- much larger than is usually found in most hotels Rec this hotel if flying out of Hartford - especially for those early am flights. I would stay here again

I had to book this hotel due to snow cancelling my plane, and chose this hotel because it said it was "upscale." It was not upscale, but was very adequate and clean. The front desk and the shuttle service was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was very good, and more a "pub" with nice atmosphere than the normal hotel restaurant. I would stay here again.

I stayed overnight and what i mostly enjoyed was the comfort of the bed and bedding. The property was very clean, smelled beautifully in the libby but in the hallways on my floor smelled stronhly of chemical, might have been cleaning chemical. My disappointment was or concern was the thinness of the walls. My cousin and I were banged at onthe ajoining wall just by having a normal conversation at 1am after getting back from a function.

I think its crazy how you guys have a policy no one goes by, you guys have quiet time and I had people knocking on my door all night and kids running up and down the hallway. Men peeing in the parking lot and drunk adults all over. I will never stay or recommend again

Very friendly and helpful staff, from shuttle driver to Checkin. Clean, felt comfortableZ only downside was volume between rooms- I could hear the conversation of the guests in the room next to me as if we were in the same room.

The staff were very friendly when my children and I arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable. The 55 inch TV didn’t hurt either. I would definitely stay at DoubleTree again.
