Clean and newish hotel. The shower was spacious. There was tons of storage space and lighting was fantastic. Staff was helpful and efficient. No complaints! Great spot, especially while traveling.

For some reason there was a lot of booming sounds throughout the night make our sleep unpleasant. It it wasn’t for that, I would have given the survey straight fives.

The hotel was clean, standard breakfast, and modern. It is located off a busy interstate exit that caters to trucks. Also, it is a block off of a major highway. Therefore, you do not hear the busy traffic, which is a plus (sound proof rooms?). It is close to major food chains and gas stations (large truck stop).

For the price, I think this was a good value. Beds were comfortable, the basics were provided. No hassles. Overall it felt clean, with the exception of hairs between the raised sink bowl and mirror. Hard to see, so I can see how staff missed, but gross anyway. I believe they had a car towed away in the middle of the night, and the beeping woke me up, which wasn't appreciated. The breakfast was standard continental fare, but the staff could be more attentive to it. An unused pancake sat on the counter for a long time and the garbage was overflowing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was nice too! The only thing that we got upset about is we accidentally left my daughters BRIGHT HOT PINK full size throw and called the same day that we left and asked if it had been turned in and filled out a ticket for it online and it never got turned in. I know it’s just a blanket but it’s the small things that matter. There was no way they didn’t see this blanket.

Had problem with no hot water , and the refridgerator did not work, also the a/c did not work! Manager gave us a new room finally and upgraded us to a nicer room.

The rooms were awesome the building very modern. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Coffee machine was broke down and the rest of the food they were always running out. Breakfast was a disaster.

We arrived after a long drive with our cat to find out that, even though the website says pet friendly, they do not allow pets. They said that it is further down on the page, but I looked everywhere under the descriptions, and could not find anything that said no pets. It also had popped up, even though I had a filter that said pet friendly.

Hotel was good, staff was great. Only issue was the hotel charges a large deposit on top of room charge that takes up to 72 hours to be refunded back to credit card, this was not diclosed prior to check in or during check in.

My husband and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it!! I couldn't believe how nice it was for the great price!!!!! Our room was very clean! The bathroom was BIG, it was stocked with lots of towels, and the shower was amazing! My husband really enjoyed the breakfast and he loved the coffee they served!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The entire floor by the air conditioner was wet. Soaking wet. We called the front desk and they proceeded to tell us it was “the refrigerator defrosting.” The shower also was only hot for about 2 minutes and then went ice cold.

Overnight stop at MTSU. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in/out. Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower hot. Felt elf by myself. I didn’t get breakfast because I couldn’t resist the Waffle House across the street, so can’t comment on that. No complaints. Will stay again when I’m in the area.

This hotel was amazing. Clean and refreshing. We travelled with two dogs and the hotel couldn't have been better. Comfort and cleanliness was outstanding. Hotel was quiet even with a lot of guests who had dogs. Plenty of space for dogs to go outside.

It was satisfactory for one night stay. Bathroom floor was not clean & carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. But beds were very comfortable. Also, it was very noisy. You could hear lots of noise. Not well insulated.

We pretty much liked everything but the bed. Really? Go lie down on the bed in Room 101. That mattress should have been retired whenever it was that the 400 lb person destroyed it. It just sinks in the middle, VERY badly. All night long, for four nights, we just fell from the sides of the bed to the middle. It's a good thing we like to cuddle!
