Check in was pleasant but they didn’t answer the phone at all when we needed to reach the front desk. Customer service was not good, and the hotel room was not super clean, especially the bathroom

Space to small and not what expected or enough amenities, service was unacceptable , didn’t give enough towels for your body ,nobody answered the front desk. The condition of the room was runn down and not uptodaye

Very nice location and room. The pool area spa was nice for the kids without doing the water park portion. We ate take out from their tavern which was delicious and fare priced.

Check in was smooth and employees were friendly. Room was dated and bed extremely uncomfortable. Mold on bathroom faucet.

We had a wonderful time. The only things I didn’t like was that the kids beds were right next to the door to the room and I was also directly across from the banquet hall which had a function until 11p which really sucked cuz of all the noise and there was a loud conversation going on outside my door and I looked to see that it was employees which was disappointing as I felt there was no courtesy to the rooms where they felt the need to conversate so loudly outside of guest rooms like the banquet hall wasn’t enough noise already.

We have stayed here many times, but this time the staff was extra attentive! We loved the text check in, which made it super easy to ask for extra towels.
The pillow upgrades since our last stay were appreciated!

The pool is not open as it is promoted on the site. Water park is not open during the week. Old hotel

Beds were comfy; shower was leaky and the nozzle would only point straight down. Plumbing was loose and loud. Expected to go to water park, found out it was only open on weekends, so that was a bummer. Thankful there was another pool, but we’re relegated to the lap lane due to kids having swim lessons.

It was amazing until I was going to jump in the shower by 9 or 10 am and there was no water at all so sad

Just a quick one night stay maybe in the room counting sleeping 15 hours. Sheets were dirty, sink had hairs from someone shaving. Coach had stains, while checking in the 3 employees one being the managers were complaining about another guest and how she was complaining and leaving and wanted a full refund and they were laughing. If you are going to make fun of a guest wait until you’re done waiting on the one in front of you. My daughter and me went to Walmart and purchased our own blankets and pillows because the sheets were so dirty. I looked under the mattress cover, I recommend DO NOT EVER DO THAT!!! I will never stay there again.

The gentleman that checked us in on was the only good point. The next day I had another room for my staff to check in. The gentleman suggested we go down around 9-10 to get ahead of the rush. The woman with a turban was extremely RUDE and YELLED, no rooms available come back at 4:00! Told her we were instructed to come down from the manager the night before. Through a lot of back and forth, she was threatening calling the cops. I've never been treated like this at any hotel and this woman was rude to many of my families that were staying there due to the event we were attending! We will NEVER go back there and if the event stayed there, we will not be doing that event. I'd recommend going anywhere but this hotel in Danvers, MA And mind you we had an event there a month before with the same rude woman and just thought maybe she had a bad day! NOPE, she's just a pure nasty rude woman.

I was not happy at all with the fact that there were no signs to show you where the pool was. There were no staff to check you in when you did get to the pool. No towels were to be found anywhere and still no staff at the pool or any lifeguards. There was no staff or lifeguards to make sure that the children stayed in the area they were supposed to be in so the adults could swim in the swimming Lane. The parents did not do their jobs to keep the kids out of the swimming Lane. Multiple chairs were broken and not usable! The pool was the main reason we picked this hotel I am very dissatisfied with it and it will not be going there again for the pool. At the bare minimum there should have been an opportunity for adults to swim with no children like adult only hours and things like that. Somebody from the staff decided to put a sign saying no towels on her way out when we signed out what a waste.

We were there for a dance conference. It was bananas. Antonia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient. We opted for the pool over the waterpark and had a great couple of hours. There were food option within a short drive. The Starbucks on sit does not have the full menu, but there is one a mile away.

Power line workers own the lobby. They will block the entrance and act like you dont belong. They drink beers and smoke vapes in the lobby.
Beer cans scattered across property.
Room had very bad mold. I became sick in one night. The window leaked so much water that we had our own personal waterfall.
There was feces on the bed. Staff didnt care. Didnt even apologize.
This place should be renamed "Hilton Hell". Also nothing is free. Breakfast, wifi, all cost money. Be prepared to walk 100 ft from the parking lot

It was a little loud with other guests through the walls and on the balconies even late, and the hallway was a bit of a maze. I ended up finding a quicker way to my room than what the staff had directed us with all our bags. The bathroom was very tiny eith not much space to close the door. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with excellent food for both dinner and our breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the convenience of the waterpark. We would stay here again.

The restaurant was horrible, bath fan didn't work and it looked as thought they installed the bathroom fixtures with one eye closed, mattress was very uncomfortable. Charged me $150 for incidentals instead of just adding things charged to the room. Snack were ridiculously expensive. would try and find another hotel my next visit.

Great experience. My family and I stayed a night in this hotel, mainly for the Coco Key indoor water park. From check - in to check - out customer service was good and resourceful. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. I recommend!

It was impossible to sleep in this hotel. There are apparently "staff" quarters near the fitness center wing and I could hear them laughing and carrying on all night every night. I called down to the front desk many times. We wound up not staying on Wednesday night because we had to get up early to spend time with family on Thanksgiving and I thought we would be late.I asked the front desk if we could move rooms on Tuesday night and they said because I had booked through a 3rd party they could not alter my location, which I found ridiculous. Kids ran down our hallway all hours of the night, slamming doors. We smelled marijuana in the elevator constantly. We were confronted by one of the guests in the hallway after we asked some of the kids we saw to stop running. She told us not to talk to her children. Was not a pleasant experience. I would like a partial refund
