The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The only “negative” thing I would say is that due to the design of the property with all room doors opening into the courtyard it is quite a bit noisy. People talking, dragging luggage, and housekeeping carts make more noise than you’d think when trapped in a rectangular indoor courtyard. Our room was on a corner, so that might have contributed to the amount of noise.
If you aren’t concerned with a bit of noise throughout the night, the location is great and the staff is wonderful.

I asked for extra pillows but did not receive them. Room was cleaned very well especially the floor. I forgot my slippers and was afraid I would have dirt on my socks, nope they stayed white. Big Bonus!!!! Staff was friendly

Front desk staff was very helpful and bartender made one of the best long islands I have ever had.
