A cooked breakfast was ok, it would have been better if it had been served straight from the kitchen instead of being in a heat unit.

A good welcome by the desk staff, who were helpful with everything.
Good location for the city, all with easy walking distance, room was a decent size, well lit with fridge, safe, and plentiful tea and coffee.
2nd time staying here, and, if return to Durham, will definitely use again.
