We were up to snowboard. Upon arrival, we were met with staff that were extremely friendly. We were able to check in early. Brealfast was nicely prepared and immediately following breakfast staff were cleaning and mopping. Our room was spotless.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh of a light bleach scent. The room temperature was nice and cozy, the perfect temperature to walk in from frigid conditions outside. As it was only 6 degrees outside and when we checked in! We enjoyed staying at this hotel, great experience!

We've stayed at the Best Western Mountainbrook Inn in Maggie Valley a few times, typically in the winter but also in the fall. While there we often take the kids to Tube World for the snow-tubing, over to the Cataloochee Ski Area, and general sightseeing around this beautiful mountain area. There are plenty of good food options nearby. We really like the breakfasts at Joey's Pancake House and yes they serve other delicious food besides pancakes. The Best Western Mountainbrook Inn is a very nice Best Western and what you should expect for this brand. The rooms are ample size, clean, and the staff is always very helpful. The exterior of the property provides good parking and easy access to the rooms. The Best Western Mountainbrook is centrally located on the Maggie Valley strip and is a short drive to Lake Junaluska or the Cherokee India Reservation. We recommend the Best Western Mountainbrook and hope that you will have a fun time in Maggie Valley as we do each time we visit there.

Unit clean. Front desk team very nice. Simple hotel in the heart of Maggie valley downtown. Walk to snow tube hill and some great restaurants. Get pizza from Brickhouse across the street

My wife made reservation for Friday 11/17/23 thru Expedia Group. After we checked in we decided to stay a second night 11/18/23. Expedia already charged the room on our credit card. for Friday Night but the The Motel charged us a second time for Friday night and charged our credit card. I have tried to rectify with the Motel but get nowhere. I believe Best Western owes us for the night we were double charged.

Property was like most others in the area, door opens to parking lot. The mattress was so bad I could not get comfortable enough to sleep, left at 2:30 in the morning. I was planning to spent the next day in NC but drove home instead. I would not recommend this motel. The personnel were pleasant enough but not curious enough to ask why I was leaving at such an early hour or how was my experience at their property.

The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast offered more than expected. My room did not have hot water either night of my stay. Parking in the back was poorly lit which was unsettling when getting back after dark alone and then climbing stairs to room.

Broken mirror, dirty carpet, the one & only faucet on the one & only sink was loose & wobbly, the only electrical plugs by the sink has a short then stopped working period…could not dry my hair dryer or electric razor, we could not even use the coffee maker. The pillows were hard & the guest above us were stomping on the floor half the night & morning. Our view was a vacant dilapidated mobile home & a trash dump. What else do you need to know??? I’ll never go back nor recommend it.

Everyone was very helpful and super polite. The room was clean, smelled good, and had a great view! It was comfortable and relaxing. I loved the rocking chairs on the balcony, even with how cold it was, i enjoyed a cup of tea out there! The breakfast served was one of thr best I've had! They had these mini omelets with peppera and cheese! They were so good!! And i love that they had a selection of teas in addition to the coffee! I will stay here again!

The property was nice, it provided what it said it would. For the price I would have liked a service to have been provided daily. The breakfasts were great, very tasty and plenty of variety. It had parking out the front, which was safe and free. The shops and a restaurant / bar were in walking distance. The property was quiet and close to the museum "Wheels Through Time" which we travelled to the area to see. I would choose to stay here again next time I stay in Maggie Valley.

Clean and convenient to main road through Maggie Valley. Close to restaurants (walking and/or short driving distance. Only stayed one night so did not have room made, etc. so not much interaction with staff, although those we saw (clerk and breakfast person) were pleasant. Faced main road, so traffic noise was less-than relaxing

The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. The first person was talking to her mom while checking us in and didn't know about the rewards program. The second was not helpful or friendly. The person at checkout was very nice.
