Booked a room with 1 queen bed but got 2 beds. Thankfully the price was the same. There was no way to take a bath in the bathtub. You could only take a shower because there was no way to stop up the tub. Tried to call the front desk about it and the phone didnt work at all. Attempted the continental breakfast but didnt last long. It was hotter than blazes in there. Everybody wanted to make a waffle but there was only 1 waffle iron. We waited about 15 minutes for 1 family to make waffles and finally gave up. The beds were comfortable.

Over-all our stay was good. Checking in, staff was super friendly, helpful and as I had reserved through hotels.com the process was fast and easy. Getting to the room, the beds were made and the room visually looked clean. As the night went on we kept finding things that weren't clean though. Bottle caps on the side of bed, spare change in the window seal, hair clumps in the tub and hair ties on the bathroom floor and then the TV guide slip was cover in some sort of sticky, slimy gunk that we had to wash our hands after touching it. View out the window was nice. We slept good and the breakfast in the morning was great and clean. All and all we had a great trip and the room served it's purpose.

I don't know who or exactly where these folks were, but they were talking loud in some foreign language until 1am or later. It sounded like rhey might have been in the stairwell.

The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.

We were there for the ski area and tube world. This place is very convinent. Room is clean. AC noise is not too bad. Breakfast has various choices and long serving hours, serves till 10. In door heated pool is perfect for kids.

Nice room! King size is spacious. Compared with other hotels around, the indoor hallway is great in cold winter weather. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub are good additions. The 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate are really nice too! I wish the hot tub was a little warmer, and the breakfast serves more hot items. But overall it's a positive experience.

Very nice staff! Pool was ok . Room was not very clear. Mold and several cob webs all over the AC unit. Screens on the window were ripped. Room was very stuffy and had an odd smell .

The woman that was cleaning the rooms was very nice. She seemed to take extra care in cleaning the bathroom. She was an older woman. Also saw her helping in the breakfast area. Making sure there were eggs and sausage. I believe she was Hispanic. I will definitely stay again!

The girl ( I forgot to ask her name) that worked till 11PM was awesome. She was so help full and super friendly. She seemed to be doing everything for everyone with kind words and a smile on her face. TV remote broke she fixed it. Garbage needed to be emptied she did it. Lost cover up at pool she found it. There was green algae around hot tub pretty gross. The cloths dryer took forever to dry cloths

It's a "well loved" hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was a bit sparse. During our stay (October) the indoor pool heater was not working, so no swimming. Overall satisfactory stay.

There is a hot tub but you will be disappointed. It is very small & water only comes to your waist. Grayson, the front desk staff was the best part of our stay. She kept the water level up by placing a hose in the hot tub. Only took 15 minutes for the water to get hot again. This goes on several times a night. Property is old and needs updated. Side entry door security doesn’t function so you can come and go without a key.

Great location can walk to a few shops and restaurants. Very quiet and staff was very nice. The breakfast was usual but and the lady kept it stocked and very clean. She did an excellent job. I would suggest they put a few clothes hooks in bathroom. It is very small and no where to hang robe or clothes. Would stay there again.

We choose this property for three reasons -- the pool, the breakfast, and the mountain view. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and actually warm. The breakfast was good with a variety of items and drinks. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. We had requested a mountain view. This is where we were disappointed and why I can't give more stars. Instead of a mountain view all we could see out the window was trees and mobile homes behind the property. There was a nice window seat in front of a large window. It would have been great to be able to enjoy a view, but instead we had to keep the curtains closed. Our request for a view was not granted. The bathroom area was OK, but there is nowhere to hang clothes while showering, wet swimwear, or used towels. A few hooks on the door or wall would make the area much better. For some reason there were three hairdryers in the bathroom and two of them took up much needed storage space. The motel was also noisy. We could hear the people on both sides of our room and in the hallway late at night.
