Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean but property needs updating. Parking was available and easy.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly actually quite rude and the room was not very clean lots of dust all over. The outlet in the bathroom was coming apart I m have pictures of it.

In general the room was comfortable and quiet but there was one big problem.
I'm 6’2” and weight about 215. I’m not small but I’m not extremely obese either. The toilet was so close to the vanity that when I sat on it my left arm was pressed against the sink vanity. To make matters worse the toilet paper was hung from under the vanity just behind my arm which meant you needed to be a contortionist in order to reach it.
I found out that my room was in the original part of the hotel and that the newer part of the hotel didn’t have this problem..
Next time I’m in Shawano I will stay there again but I will be sure to get a newer room.

We just stayed to basically sleep, we had a concert in Green Bay, walls are pretty thin, can hear people talking in room next to us. Couldn’t get shower head to work. Pool area looked beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it. Also we forgot a blanket, and the called us to let us know!! Overall a good place to stay.
