Good location and great staff. Room was a little cramped due to big furniture and a bit dated, but it wasn't bad. Restaurant/bar on site is always great. My only real complaint was that the hotel is located right next to the freeway, so it was noisy at night. Even then, we would stay here again.

I reserved a room and because it was after midnight the system reset my reservation to check in the following day. There were no rooms available to check me into when i arrived. Front desk said she put a note in to be refunded because of the system glitch. I did not check in or stay at your hotel. Ive contacted Hotels.com. They say the requested a refund to my account. Its January 10,2024 and i have yet to receive a refund on my card. I had to find another room to check into. I have the statement from the Hilton, where I ended up checking into.

I stayed on the 5th floor where we were on the same level as the highway. The level of vehicle noise was so loud that you could hear even the radios in the trucks passing by. Even with pillows covering both ears the noise was so loud. I have stayed in Marriott properties located right in an airport that had better sound insulation.

First room stank really bad and it wasn't obvious as to why. Switched rooms because the sofa bed mattress was stained and terribly worn out. The hotel staff was super helpful about it.The new room also stank really bad. The next morning we saw the A/C vent was covered in mold which explains the smell in both rooms. I explained the issue to the hotel staff. They were sympathetic and helpful. Hotels.com gave me a full refund after I provided pics of the issues. I was expecting something back so I'm happy as far as that goes.

This was a very convenient place to stay. I wouldn’t have minded usb charging ports. The Max streaming wasn’t working in our room so didn’t get to use that feature.

The first room they gave is only had a sink with no counter. We asked for our room to be cleaned after our second night and it wasn’t. They did clean it after the first night. Then the day we were checking out thr cleaners knocked on our door at 7:00 am when checkout was 12:00 noon.

The room smelled moldy and there was a stain on the carpet. There also was a piece missing from the bottom of the door. I asked for a late checkout and the front desk said they would accommodate a checkout for 12:30 and inform the housekeeping. from 10 AM up until a couple minutes before 12:30 pm there was about 5 separate instances of knocks on the door and people coming in immediately after knocking to check if anyone was in the room. I explained to the housekeeping that I was getting a late checkout and they said they did not see it on the list. I also had the "Do not disturb" sign up.

Everything about our stay was positive. In addition to all the usual positives - safe, quiet, clean, etc., we were able to get an early check-in that included an upgrade. We were in town for a couple of days to meet up with friends. We could have walked to two of the restaurants we met friends at. When we did have to travel a bit, the freeway on-ramp was within a block. The staff was friendly, the room was great. We utilized the fitness room which helped work off the Häagen-Dazs available near the front desk. We will definitely be back.

I usually stay at the Double Tree Hotel down the street but the Marriot was a bit less expensive. Pool and hot tub were both out of service so that was disappointing. The breakfast was not near the quality of Double Tree. Positive were a better view and still located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and easy freeway access.

Room was tidy but bathroom floor had hair from previous guests. TV in room had only a couple local channels, no cable options, or Netflix and YouTube. TV said no signal. Tried rebooting per front desk but still not fixed for both nights stay. Outside noise was very loud. Clearly windows were old with poor insulation. Shower VERY small especially for tall senior. Tub was slipery. I had to stand on a towel to not slip. Shower head was very low for shorter people. Remodel is needed before i return.

The bathroom had trash in it and the housekeeping person or someone else left their coffee on a lamp from the day before. Hard to feel really good about the cleanliness after that.

Out of LA but accessible by tram in 40 minutes. Overall good but the standout is the staff; very friendly and lots of great advice especially Tom and Victor on the subject of how baseball games work! Only downside is the nonsense bar opening times. People on vacation are often alive after 10 pm.
