The elevator location was kind of odd. Not quite in the front. Lobby was spacious and welcoming. Room was quiet, comfy and clean

What sold me the most about this hotel was the exceptional level of hospitality and guest service I received. The Guest Experience Specialist named ENDELIE at the front desk was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. She made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived and truly went above and beyond. She is an absolute asset to this hotel and honestly one of the best hospitality professionals I have encountered.
The hotel itself was just as impressive. I loved how clean and well-maintained everything was, especially my room. The entire property felt fresh, comfortable, and cared for. The pool area was beautiful and exceptionally clean as well.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Between the outstanding hospitality, immaculate room, beautiful pool, and overall cleanliness of the property, my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again.
