They were great. Elevators are being overhauled. Last day a second new one opened. I was very happy and comfy. The staff were kickass. The bargirls were amazing. The redhead with the tattoos who loves dragon movies needs a promotion and a raise.

The hotel is going under renovations but other than that is was convenient for access to different areas where we needed to be . Staff was wonderful.

The room is nice, needs a slight update, but still. I stay here a lot. As in every eight weeks when I’m back in the area. Short walk to UCLA oncology. As a former resident of Studio City and thus the valley, this is well, the valley, and Sherman oaks is safe. Oh place has breakfast. I get the egg white dish. Very good. Servers are amazing.

This hotel is located next to the freeway. The rooms are dark and extremely noisy. It was hard to sleep with all the freeway noises. The staff were accommodating. There was parking for $24 a night. There is a restaurant on the premises with a limited menu.

Overall it was fine and close to the freeway. But for some reason, you haven’t credited my stay in my Bonvoy points and you know my bonvoy number. That is very frustrating especially since I chose a Marriott for that purpose.

Fantastic customer service, including indulging my inability to choose between Old Fashion and Manhattan. They made me an old Manhattan. Food delicious. Hot tub & pool fun.

The hotel needs serious upgrades most especially the bathroom. It did not have a ventilation system so you need to keep the bathroom door open while showering, etc.

Good value for the price. The hallway carpet seems a little dated on the guestroom floors. The lobby area is nicely decorated and fairly spacious. Nothing really special about the romm. It was what i would have expected for this hotel. My only complaint is my room keys kept deactivating. Although the front desk were always quick to resolve the issue.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The elevator(s) was slow and extremely tiny for such a large hotel. They could do a better job of making the pool area and pool deck more welcoming. It was pretty bare and not somewhere I would want to hang out.

I have stayed at this property and this hotel many times, This time was very disappointing. No room service. No lunch service. No dinner service. No bar service. No robes for the pool. Has Marriott just given up on this property??? This property has one of the best locations and could be so much more, but you just don’t seem to care anymore. Again very disappointing. Richard LaDez

I stayed here with a friend for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, the service was excellent, and the location was within walking distance of a great breakfast cafe. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Sherman Oaks.

The overall stay was decent. I am very disappointed with the transaction that transpired with being charged/ the hotel “holing” $160. Instead of the verbal communication of $100 hold for incidentals which was explained. The front desk nor manager could explain the overcharge. The front desk initially stated they didn’t know what the extra $60 overcharged was for. The manager said the $60 would be voided out. No apology nor explanation as to why that occurred. Very disappointed at the level and lack of customer services.

Although I quite frequent this hotel and haven’t had many issues (the occasional outage of the in room WiFi) everything is usually great. The main point for this review was that there was cockroaches in our room. Not only in the room itself but in the bathroom as well. This definitely has put a damper on the idea of coming back to this location even though it’s very convenient and pleasant to stay at. For the moment being however, it’s safe to say that we will not be coming back for a while.

Overall good place close to the freeway and restaurants. Didn't appreciate the extra charge for parking $22 tax / night. This was not called out when I made the reservation. Also thought it was pricey without any breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

We booked us a room while I was having surgery and I was extremely disappointed paying $600 for two weekday nights not to have a microwave or any appliances. Then to go downstairs to purchase some food and have to use a Community microwaving it be disgusting full of grease and old dirty food. Pretty disappointing.
