Trip was a quick overnight stay. Hotel in good location, close to restaurants, etc. Condition of room left a bit to be desired: stains in tub, lots of chipped paint and general wear that just brought the thought "old/worn/unkept" to mind.

Because I contacted them in advance to not be on the first floor they put me on the third floor but gave me a king bed when I requested two queen room !!! The floors was dirty they need to remodel the hotel !!!! Mattresses are so old they have knots in them !!!

Overall property ok . Door to room was not attached to hinges properly and had to slam closed and even harder to open . Rooms need some updating . Very low water pressure at sink !

I was greeted warmly with a genuine smile when I went into the hotel late in the evening. When I got into the room I was kind of shocked by the age of the place and how long it had been since it had been remodeled. Then I found a dead cockroach behind the toilet. Since I was quite tired from our journey I decided to just go to bed but there were only half size pillows on the bed It took quite a while and I actually stole an extra pillow from my child’s bed so that I could get to sleep I tucked the sheets tightly around my neck and went to sleep and when I woke up the next morning I had to kill a few more cockroaches that were alive on the floor. I don’t want to disparage the nice people who work there but I would never stay in this place again.

The hotel from the outside looks amazing. But inside it smells of mildew. Rooms need a deep cleaning. The shades dont close so we couldnt darken the room at night. Curtains close over the A/C unit so i had to pin them back with the iron so we could get air. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was skimpy.

THE HOTELS ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK AND THEY ONLY HAD ROOMS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. IT WAS NOT NICE TO HAVE TO CARRY OUR SUIT CASES UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE AND VER ALL I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

The staff and front desk worker were very sweet, unfortunately, after taking a nice nap after checking In I saw about 5 roaches surrounding the bed. They put me in an upgraded different room which was nice but the thought of the roaches hanging out by my head while sleeping was enough for me.

My co-worker stayed at this location and informed me that it was horrible. The entire establishment smelled horrible and the inside smelled very moldy. Both rooms not only smelled bad they appeared not be clean. There was hair all over the place from the previous occupant. The bathroom towels had stains on them, the bathroom floors were still dirty from the previous occupant.

It was a horrible experience. I don’t know what happened to this chain. They used to be good. The place has had water damage and there was mold. When I got ready to go to sleep, I spotted bedbugs. BEDBUGS!!!! Really? Because I was so tired from doing some all day work and it was really late and had to get up real early, I didn’t complain right away. Instead, I had to sleep in my car. The breakfast area smelled like a sewage pipe had bursted. They offered no refund.

Location was good, the carpet in the room was filthy and the bathtub had rust around the fixtures. The breakfast was marginal at best and the coffee in the lobby was worse than a truck stop, black and thick. Light switch on left wall powers the whole room , but each light was turned off, so turned lamps on but tv didn’t work took awhile to figure it out, ugh Because came in room in daylight and turned the lamps on but tv didn’t turn work so not everything seemed connected?

Must be one of the worst Best Westerns around. Horrible musty smell in room, scratched and rusty bath. Mould on wall and on bedroom window. Room not cleaned properly, ridiculously noisy bathroom extractor. Terrible breakfast and awful coffee. Pool too cold for comfortable use.

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Palm Beach Gardens but tried the Best Western due to the price differential. I guess you get what you pay for. The Best Western is tired and worn and desperately needs a refresh. The furniture and carpet are old and scuffed and the walls look like they have not been painted in years. The worst part was that there was mold growing on the furniture in our room. Yuck!

The carpet in my room looked old/dirty/dingy and the room smelled musty. There was a cockroach on the floor outside the bathroom. I liked both the front desk staff very personable and caring. I had to leave the hotel at 6 so missed out on breakfast. Maybe think of having it earlier or a bagged breakfast to go.

Stayed in room 206. Looked like it wasn’t used or cleaned in a while. Room had a musty smell when first opened. Only stayed one night. Next morning saw two spots of mold (bathroom and curtain by AC) and killed three small bugs. This is Fl so bugs happen sometimes. Just feel the hotel needs a thorough cleaning too to bottom.
